Paris Motors IncReviews
Paris Motors Inc review
I purchased my car here in December 2022. It has held up since then. No major issues, but I brought it in today, April 20th, 2023 as I could not get my headlight on. Joseph was extremlely helpful in the buying and fixing process. He went above and beyond and out of his way numerous times. I am a very satisfied customer. I would refer anyone I know to Paris Motors.

It was wonderful. My husband and I just bought a 2012 Subaru it is like new. It looks and smells great. The heated seats are excellent. My 14 year old says this is her first car. We haven't even told her that, she's so in love she wants to keep it all to herself.

I bought a used car in November with no warranty. I drove it away the next day I saw smoke coming from the exhaust. I called my Salesman Jamie Walters he stepped up and had me go to a service station near my home that they had a relationship with. They fixed the problem and paid the bill. No hassels, no bickering. Class act. Thank you!!!

Daniel Tep was awesome! We were on vacation in Grand Rapids and started having car trouble. We brought our car to Todd Wenzel immediately and Daniel got our vehicle in for service right away! He even arranged a shuttle to and from our Airbnb while it was being worked on! We were so appreciative because we were leaving to drive back home to Illinois the next day.

I was extremely happy with purchasing a vehicle through Todd Wenzel. They were extremely nice and made sure I was able to get into a vehicle. It was pretty far from where I live but decided to make the drive, and let me tell you it was worth it. The service and hospitality is literally unmatched. I will definitely buy my next car from here. Thank you to the Carmi Ram team. You where amazing
