I bought the car, but it was $3,000 more than y’all had it listed. They said y’all had it priced incorrectly. The dealership refused to honor the price your company had it listed as. Very disappointing but I loved the car.

My wife and I are very pleased with our 2024 Encore GX purchased used w/ only 2500 mi on the clock. The Encore GX is one of the current Buick lineup of 3 small SUVs for about $25k; I suspect these hidden gems are unknown to many Americans. Unfortunately Buick's focus on China has resulted in the Buick brand being all but forgotten in the US. The NHTSA has given a ***** Overall Safety Rating to the 2024 GX. I have one negative with the Encore -- I'm 6'-1" and the Encore is small for me. Some call the cabin "surprisingly roomy" for a sub-compact suv. Truth be said IT'S JUST SMALL. Likes * 1.2L Turbo engine surprisingly strong in city driving * Entry-level luxury at a moderate price * Fun to drive (some call it boring) * Lots and lots and ... of safety features * Excellent mileage (30+ mpg) for an ICE SUV * Sits up high (as a SUV should!) due to 18" wheels * Quiet cabin due to Buick's QuietTuning technology * Heated seats, steering wheel, outside mirrors * Physical buttons/knobs for radio, climate controls -great * Power hatch/liftgate w/ kick plate - very handy * Traction & Stability control Dislikes * 1.2L Turbo engine is somewhat challenged on the highway * Design same-same as every other small SUV on the road * Digital Speedo and NO Tach; I prefer the real thing * Seats are narrow, hard and uncomfortable on long trips * Road noise is worse than expected for a Buick * Small cargo area w/o rear seat backs down * Insufficient legroom in back seats * Insufficient rear headroom for tall persons * AM/FM/Satellite radio difficult to program * VERY sensitive brakes and accelerator

I have had no real problems, except maybe the cheap tires they put on when its new. 23,000 miles and down to the wear bar. Sometime the info screen is frustrating to get the right pressure to find songs with the music channel I have. I do worry about the short warranty. 3 yrs 20,000 miles which is over. I cant believe that I overlooked that. I worked at GM for 8 yrs so I got the discount and that was why I bought it. If I had to do over I would by one of those Asian cars with 10 yr 100,000 mile warranty. Though I have had no problems so far. I only put about 7500 miles a yr on my car. I have 23500 now.

I leased this 2017 Encore in 2017 after the lease was up I bought it. Now in 2024 I am just putting tires on it. I put a new battery in last year. That's it! I change the oil. I have read the bad reviews and am surprised. To be fair I drive in town and 6000 to 7000 miles a year.

I know that here in Northern California, Buick isn't a very popular brand, but that means I was able to get a stunningly good deal on my new '23. I traded up from a low mileage '18 Buick Encore (not GX), and at the time of the transaction, it had a remarkable trade value. My dealer did a outstanding job on pre-sale prep and delivery. My sales rep answered my every question. I enjoyed the prior vehicle, and feel this new one will give me the same kind of driving experience. My added safety feature is the front accident/pedestrian avoidance and lane keep assist. I haven't had to use either yet, but feel good about having them aboard. This Buick strikes me as a hidden gem, full featured but still available at a price point that blows the other comparable Asian built imports out of the water.

Mac Haik Southway Ford. This is the first time I have dealt with this dealership. I had a young salesman that approached me by the name of Issac Flores. I immediately told him I was not in the market for a vehicle, but I just wanted to look around to see what was available in their F150 XLT with an Ecoboost engine. He invited me inside the dealership and retrieve some keys to show me a few F150 that I wanted to see. After looking at several F150?s. Mr. Flores asked if I would like to take a test drive on one of the F150?s we looked at. I selected one of the Trucks to test drive. While on a test Drive, Mr. Issac Flores was very familiar with all of the instruments and technical aspects of the vehicle. He was kind enough to explain in detail what this vehicle had to offer and what all the improvements this Truck has compared to my 2011 F150XLT. Issac Flores was not a high pressure salesman. He was very patient and knew his vehicle?s. He was a true professional. Not once did he try to pressure me into purchasing any of the vehicles we looked at. His main concern was to look at a vehicle that I want. And to make sure I get what I want in a vehicle and price that I thought was fair. All the negotiating was done between me and Mr. Flores. There were no going back and forth to a sales manager. Or anyone else like the other dealership do. No playing game?s negotiating. Again No pressure sales.This dealership made me feel Like I was home. They were all welcoming and made you feel like part of the family. After negotiations, I decided to purchase the F150 that I test drove. The price was right and I couldn?t pass up a great deal. The only reason I purchased the vehicle was because of Mr. Issac Flores. He is a true professional, he was knowledgeable on every vehicle we looked at and a great negotiator. I was kind of forced into my 2022 Envision during the inventory crisis post covid. My Alfa Romeo Giulia lease was totaled. I lost the market equity as Ally being the lessor is entitled to retain all over payment. I needed a vehicle quick. Upon arriving at my local Buick GMC dealer I asked what was on the lot long enough they wanted to move. The answer was a Preferred awd Envision in Burnished Bronze. I bought it, was surprised with the "premium sound system" (not Bose). Love the quiet smooth ride. This 2.0 is not the Alfa's 2.0 that is for sure, but I have had no issues getting around or through slow traffic. All in all... I was, and continue to be, a year later impressed. Well done Buick, just wish it had LUMBAR.

I bought 2014 Premium AWD used w, 30k miles and odometer now reads 179k. The car has been very reliable , I have replaced the water pump, timing belt, and done brakes and oil changes, I also fixed the manifold/valve cover issue. These were all normal Repairs . I am pretty good with maintenance, so that is key w this car. If you just drive it, don’t change oil or fluids then like any car you will have problems . This one has been very good .

This was my first time buying a car out of state and John Reyes made it as smooth as possible. He was always answering my (many) questions in a very timely manner and there were no hidden costs or fees. I had an issue with the shipping company, but that is a 3rd party which shipped my car from Texas to California so that is not his fault. He also said I would not need to go to the DMV, but that was not quite true (I had to go once for a VIN verification appointment). Assuming he did not know that, I would say this was an overall good buying experience, especially for my first out of state purchase. Overall would recommend (again, my experience was completely online (out of state), John seems like a very nice guy and will answer all of your questions and give you a no-BS out the door price. The Encore 2024 GX ST is my second GM car, which has truly impressed me. I've driven various vehicles, including Honda, Infiniti, Toyota, and Saturn, but the Encore GX truly stands out. Its sleek and attractive exterior design caught my eye immediately. On the inside, the elegant beige leather seats create a luxurious atmosphere, and the state-of-the-art infotainment system adds to the overall appeal. The exterior has been significantly improved with the modern Buick logo, giving the car a more contemporary look. One of the most outstanding aspects of the Buick Encore GX is the driving experience. Navigating the vehicle is incredibly easy, and when you press on the accelerator, the car effortlessly gains speed. This is in stark contrast to my previous experience with the Toyota RAV4, which struggled to accelerate quickly. Overall, I'm thoroughly pleased with the Encore GX and would highly recommend it to anyone in the market for a new car.

I have driven my 2025 Buick Enclave Sport Touring almost 9k miles and I am beyond happy with the car. The car is very smooth, comfortable, beautiful and economical. I do both city and freeway driving and so far, my MPG average is over 29 miles, getting about 580+ miles to a tank of gas! My 2025 Enclave drives so much better than the SUV I used to drive that had a V-6 engine and gets over 10 miles more per gallon of gas, on average. I have more than enough room when transporting family members and/or my (3) dogs. Everyone enjoys being a passenger in my Enclave.

Was looking for safety and security in a suv Comfort for neck and back were important this particular model goes above and beyond. Ride is smooth and quiet with what engine doesn't have in speed it has in hidden torque in motor. I bought my 2020 Enclave new and have been totally pleased. It rides better gets better mpg smoother more quiet and a much better ‘road car’ than the compatible Mercedes and BMW company cars I’ve driven. The tranny seems to be in the best gear more often without the annoying hard downshifts. The only option I wish Buick would offer is a third seat delete… I very seldom use the 3rd seats. It would be nice if they were removable like my Rendezvous seats which offered much more cargo space without them. The excellent road manners and smooth quiet ride shortens my 450 mile trip to my daughter’s house…. And I made it there without stopping for gas! 16.3 gal to go 451 miles… on a 310hp engine. I always liked my Chevy Caprices… but this Enclave is actually better and no problems just like the Caprices.
