2024 Cadillac CT5 review
I wanted this car... Value for money is excellent for this level. The twin turbo V6 is plenty powerful... The quality and attention to detail is apparent. Rides great! Handles great! Can choose between touring and sport mode mode ..sport mode tightens everything up and makes the exhaust note more aggressive..And it's American.

Ed Morse Sawgrass Auto MallReviews
Ed Morse Sawgrass Auto Mall review
I recently purchased a 2026 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Trail Boss from Ed Morse Sawgrass, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. My sales professional, Mr. William "Billy" Mashraky, went above and beyond to ensure the entire purchase process was smooth and stress-free. From the moment I met Billy, he was honest, professional, transparent, reliable, and genuinely listened to my needs. He took the time to help me set up my new truck and made sure all the features and options I wanted were included. Before I left the dealership, he patiently helped me set up the truck's technology and other features. Even after I drove off the lot, Billy followed up with a text to make sure everything was working properly and that I was completely satisfied with my purchase. That level of customer service is rare and greatly appreciated. Everyone at Ed Morse Sawgrass was welcoming and friendly. The General Manager, Mr. Jordan Schear and Finance Manager, Mr. Bradley Taylor, both took the time to introduce themselves, making me feel like a valued customer rather than just another sale. As a veteran and first responder, I especially appreciated that the team made sure I received every discount available through General Motors and the dealership. They went out of their way to ensure I received all the savings I qualified for. A few weeks after my purchase, I returned to the dealership to have running boards installed and to replace both windshield cowls on my new truck. Mr. Shiv Balkaran from the Service Department assisted me, and he provided the same outstanding level of customer service that I experienced during the sales process. Shiv was friendly, honest, professional, and made sure everything was handled efficiently. It's reassuring to know that the excellent customer service at Ed Morse Sawgrass continues long after the sale. If you're looking for a dealership that values honesty, professionalism, and outstanding customer service, I highly recommend purchasing your next vehicle from Ed Morse Sawgrass. From the sales team to the service department, my experience exceeded my expectations. I will gladly recommend Billy, Shiv, and the entire team at Ed Morse Sawgrass to my family and friends.

Ed Morse Delray Cadillac review
My salesman, Scott Mangiapanni was excellent. He made this experience fantastic and I feel so lucky he was my salesperson. I had a problem with one pedal driving the day after i bought the car. The car reverted to one pedal driving which Scott had turned off but it turned itself back on . Scott walked me through how to turn it back off. He was patient and kind on his day off. He is still checking on my experiences, and I absolutely love my car.

CarMax Miami (International Mall)Reviews
CarMax Miami (International Mall) review
Had a car shipped from NJ to the Doral Office. Needless to say, the car was not in show condition. The manager, Andrew, quickly attempted to correct the issue but the car was NOT for us. Andrew took the time to find something comparable and we ended up purchasing that one! Andrew sent above and beyond. He passed me the Michael Castillo to complete the sale, and again, Michael went above and beyond in making sure everything was in order. While I would give poor marks to the NJ Carmax, i give great marks to the Doral location for making things right.
