My, Northstar is easy to drive. I like the trunk space. The air-conditioning is in joyable in both front and back. Nice radio, easy-to-use. It can be use from steering wheel and dashboard.

I purchased a 2004 Deville in 2004. I had this auto until 2018 At 54,000 miles the block cracked on it. I had it for 14 years and it was the best car I ever owned. I’m kicking my self cause I should have put a new engine in it. My Deville was a special edition with a rag top and special grill, chrome over wheel wells, etc. I do regret getting rid of it. It was a beautiful auto.

I purchased a 2004 Cadillac DeVille in 2005, and drove it for fifteen years - it was absolutely my favorite car, there was nothing on the market I would rather have had - the ‘04 DeVille was the perfect for me! The DeVille was large and powerful with the Northstar V8 under the hood, and the ride was smooth as silk. Sure it handled like a boat, but cornering isn’t the reason you drive the DeVille, it’s all about the soft comfortable ride and the quiet, luxurious cabin. The interior was spacious, attractive, with nice amenities (lovely wood trim, leather seats, power everything), and well thought out - gauges easy to read, layout of controls made sense, there was even a double visor set up, where if you put the visor (with a slide out extension) to the side window a smaller visor was available to flip down in the front. The split bench seats were incredibly comfortable, literally every passenger who ever rode in that car commented on how comfortable it was, and in my car the soft, perforated leather seats were heated and cooled. The car did have some mechanical issues over the years, however. At about 60K the window regulators started breaking - every one broke at least once, two windows twice! Motor mounts broke around 100K, there was an axel issue, and at about 180K the car broke down with a serious cooling problem. There were a couple of other pricey (around $1,000. per repair) issues over the years, but can’t recall what they were. The engine and transmission remained solid, however, until the last year I owned the DeVille, when the service engine light kept coming on and one of the cylinders began misfiring. Last year, at about 190k, we traded (almost no trade in value) my ‘04 in on a 2018 Cadillac XTS, which, sadly, was no comparison in ride quality and comfort to the DeVille. The XTS was so disappointing I sold it in less than a year and purchased a Lexus. There is nothing in today’s market as large and comfortable as the DeVille, and I wish we had kept mine and “refurbished “ it. If you love the comfort of the American cars of yesteryear, don’t mind driving an out of style vehicle, and happen across one of these beauties in great condition, it might be something to consider, but do be prepared to spend thousands of dollars as the car continues aging and needs repairs! Loved my ‘04 DeVille!

An excellent vehicle. Extremely reliable. I would recommend this vehicle to anyone interested in a long-mileage vehicle. At 150,000 miles, you can still get another 100,000 out of it. Even an early 1990's model.

I can't say enough good things about my experience with this dealership. Went to see a used Mitsubishi Outlander Sport I saw advertised from them, which I thought was priced very fairly. After a test drive they sweetened the deal and I bought it. I've never had a more smooth car buying experience. This is a family environment and there's no pressure. Time will tell on the car itself, but so far so good. I'm very happy with what I bought. I highly recommend this place.

This is by far the most comfortable car i have ever owned . The seat goes so far back I'm looking out the back window when i look both ways at a stop. Almost 300 hp and floats down the road like its riding on a cloud

First time we’ve ordered a vehicle sight unseen (except for photos) from out of state. Everyone at Midtown Auto were excellent to deal with and made the process extremely Easy. We we first impressed by their ability to find low mileage vehicles and then sell at such a reasonable price. When we received the car, we were impressed that it looked better than the photos and was in pristine condition. It was also full of gas and recently serviced….nice touch. Shipping was easy and FAST. We are delighted with our purchase and would look to them again in the future.

I bought this car in 2022. Other than a couple minor items, the car is solid. I anticipated a window motor because they tend to be an issue. I also replaced the coilpaks ( replaced all 8 in sets of 4) and one leaking shock. For a car that is over 21 years old, I would say that is not bad. The car has had regular maintenance over the years and has had no major issues. Nice caddy.

I get plenty of thumbs up signals when driving. Has only 5,000 miles since early nineties restoration. Needs some minor TLC and a new convertible top at this time.

This car met all my needs. It has plenty of rooms from the driver to the front and rear passengers. Plenty of room to carry luggage. Great for a large families with children and their many little toys.

They were very helpful to me and helped me with getting a doolie from uhaul and having it there at the car lot ca se I was coming from over 290 miles away and had to go to the credit union to do paper work then come ba k for the truck I got there at 430 pm was done with everything and headed back home in less than 2 hours ,I woud.buy from them again

I moved into a little old lady's house who was in her last two years. I loved the house and this 98 cadillac was in the garage where I parked my 95 MB 230 compressor. I loved looking at this car every time I pulled in. Battery was Dead car is Absolutely clean and Beautiful. The daughter sold it to me for $6000. 60k miles and awesome. I've drove it 3 years now and only put $1000 in tires and $569 for new oxygen sensor, wires and new plugs. My friends all Teese me for being a shiny white guy with a Big Ole Cadillac...lol.. They are so Jealous. I love Mrs Betty.

I have never bought a car online before let alone bought a car without even seeing it or driving it. I saw a Bentley Flying Spur for sale at Chicago Auto Gallery. I called and spoke to a salesperson named Steve. From the first hello on the phone until we closed the deal and the car was shipped to me Steve was fantastic. He did everything possible to ensure that I was satisfied with the car and the deal. Now here's the extra part that I was even shocked at myself. Once I got the car, I drove it and after 5 miles some of the lights came on such as check engine, ride height, traction control and ABS. I was initially immensely pissed. I called Steve and said you might want to get ahold of that driver who delivered this car and tell him to take it back. Steve suggested I take it to a certified mechanic near me and have it looked at to see what was the problem. Apparently when one light goes off, it triggers more lights to activate. I had it looked at and to fix the car right it was going to be over $3000. Steve took care of it and the dealership paid the whole bill. In my mind that was the most solid thing to do and he did it. He could have argued and tried to avoid it or said no, you bought it, you fix it. They did not do that to me. I'm in Pittsburgh and they are in Chicago. I know I had rights and could have just sent it back but I wanted that car and they fixed it for me. I appreciate everything they (Steve) did for me and I would definitely purchase another vehicle from them. Thank you again Steve and Chicago Auto Gallery.

I bought my mom's 1996 Deville she bought new in 2015 a year before she passed in 2016 with 81,000 miles. I have replaced all the motor seals as recommending by GM service, transmission rebuilt, rebuilt the suspension, axles, brakes, AC/Heater, replaced gas tank, rims and tires, as well as upgraded the audio system with navigation, XM radio and Bluetooth. What I found out at my 1st service, this base DeVille was chipped for 300 hp not the base 275 and still a fun car to drive with only 114,560 miles on it and it does not burn oil, no leaks, I get 22-24 miles a gallon on road trips @ 75-80. mph As someone mentioned, if something sounds off, go get it fixed, parts are hard to find and not cheap, the repair costs are also expensive as most Cadillac dealerships do not understand how to fix it. So, find a mechanic that you trust and knows the NorthStar motor, auto ride suspension and transmission as those are the expensive repairs. But still love the car and enjoy taking it on trips.

$4000 is what we are asking. We just had a bunch of work done on it at Total Mechanical in Bullhead City: Power steering rack, passenger side wheel bearing, A/C fan, transmission filter and fluid, oil filter and oil change, 4 Firestone tires, front brakes, they do AWESOME WORK!!!!! AND KNOW THE CAR WELL!!!!

This car meets all my needs. It has plenty of legroom in the front and back, the ride is great compare to other cars I tested. Very safe on highways, excellent performance. Has 3 USB ports.

This has been my third Caddy and it met all criteria. The smooth ride and the comfortable seating. The huge trunk a real plus. The Northstar Engine with power when needed. Not to forget the great gas/mileage when you travel long distances.

I love my car but come on! How many people have I seen online with the exact problem OVERHEATING!! Did the makers do this on purpose? It seems to me they did! I was headed to work 25 miles away from home & yep over heated out of the blue. Replaced tensioner pulley belt and thermostat. Again! Replaced water pump still overheating! Then both front wheel bearings out at the same time replaced. Replaced over flow tanks cap. Throttle position sensor and vehicle speed sensor plus went through $300 worth of antifreeze no joke! Why are us cadillac owners having the exact same issue? That's not fair! I tell you people will do anything for money so sad! We should get some kind of repayment!

Most comfortable and reliable car you have especially for around town. EVERTHING WORKS. This car was pampered from inception of ownership. Not a mark on the car, all servicing is up to date and it is ready to go to a new home anywhere in the US.

Owned several mid 90’s Cadillacs with the Northstar engine. The only issue is the engine. If you don’t service it and allow it to overheat, you’ll have to get it fixed. Head gasket issues mean don’t let the motor get hot. Make sure the water pump is working, fresh coolant and religiously change the oil. Concours is 300HP standard DeVille is 275HP These cars scoot. The larger Fleetwood from 1993-96 was an LT-1 at 250HP
