I've been a Auffenberg Ford North customer for almost 20 years. My recent car buying experience from there was outstanding! Brain Therrien restored my faith in buying a car. The phone numbers listed on their site didn't work so I went to the dealership to see about a vehicle - just to see if it was still available. Brian met me immediately, showed me the vehicle, and didn't use any of the old tactics to keep me there longer than 10 minutes. I told him I'd be back the next day. Brian met me at the door the next morning, answered all my questions (two or three times if I didn't understand) and put my mind at ease. After a short test drive, we sat down to do the documentation. I was pleasantly surprised to work with him through the entire process. Working with more than one person sometimes causes confusion and unnecessary stress. Again he was patient and thorough in every detail. The price for the new vehicle was "very good" according to several comparison sites, and the offer for my trade-in was reasonable. So there was no need for the dreaded haggling. It took less than three hours from walking in the door to driving away in a new vehicle - much quicker than expected. Every dealership needs someone like Brian. I will recommend Ford Auffenberg North to everyone who asks.

Super comfortable, easy to park, and second row bucket seats are a must for easy access. The paint is premium white. Rear seats remove easily.

I see people waste their money on the the new jeep grand wagonnier and shake my head on the daily. For the price they could have better luxury and fewer recalls.

Jim and Ken did a fantastic job. They were patient and answered all my questions. They made me feel like the entire dealership was open to me. They introduced me to the service manager. The car is incredible, better than my BMW X5.

Has multiple outlets for our kids and has a plug just in case we need to bring in a microwave inside the car. Its really reliable and has lots of leg room.

My kids flew 800 miles to St Louis to get a car from a Dodge dealer and when that dealer backed out on the sale and left my boys stranded we found comparable car at Dave Mungenast. Adam and Brad went above and beyond for us, finding the boys a hotel and getting them on the road the next morning with a very nice Dodge Challenger that we absolutely love! We will always be indebted to them for their help, I would recomend them to anyone!

This truck does everything asked of it. It is a beast with the 6.2 engine and tows a 24 ft boat like it isn’t there. Plenty of storage for hauling with back sets down. Great for commuting!

We just purchased the 2021 Escalade Sport and it's been a wonderful addition to our family. The looks from inside and out are amazing with the updated features throughout. My family is very happy about the new car with it's spacious interior and the drive is very smooth for being such a big luxury SUV. Cadillac did a wonderful update on their flagship SUV and we're very glad to have to tow our 4 kids around.

Went in to buy a new car… Saw a great deal on a used Chevy ended up buying that. Even got to meet the sales manager Mike and had a wonderful time. And the bag of popcorn didn’t hurt either.

This vehicle has everything you need and so much more. Seats 7 comfortablely, Individual headrest monitors that operate separately, Sunroof and Luggage Rack, Heads Up Display and Parking Assist.

As a previous Escalade owner, and the current owner of the newly designed Navigator, and the 2020 CT6 sedan; my recent experience purchasing the 21’ Cadillac Escalade Sport has been second to none. I purchased the upgraded leather seats, and options including the premiere 36 speaker sound system. The vehicle is smooth riding, technologically advanced, and has unique features including the air bag system. People haven’t stopped complimenting the vehicle, and it’s been a fantastic experience. Plenty of room, and lots of fun to drive!

As always, as long as I get Kim or Kayla as my service advisor, I am fine. I request them every time. Once again, the experience with Kim today was good. She made sure my coupon was applied (with some help from the cashier), even though there was quite a bit of confusion over the coupon. There is a sticker on the receipt and a sign in the waiting room advertising the coupon for doing a review like I am doing now. This is actually a good coupon. However, the coupon is never sent after doing the review, and nobody at the dealership knows anything about it. Just to clarify, the coupon is also not in my spam email messages. Anyway, as long as they keep honoring it, that is fine. I just wish the issue would be fixed, to avoid the confusion (and me having to "prove" that I did the review) every time I want to use the coupon. Please do not stop offering this coupon just because I am reporting issues with the process. Also, the tune up was $34 higher than the original quoted price, but I will call to get an explanation for that. Usually the quoted prices match pretty close. Overall, a good experience, but did want to mention those concerns.

This has more than what I was looking for! I am so happy! I had so much fun looking for a nice vehicle for my family! I am so happy with my new vehicle!

In for oil change, forgot coupon and they wouldn’t honor the coupon price. Other than that, service was great. Service tech was awesome, remembered us from a prior visit.

This truck is great once I get everything taking care of. My 4x4 actuator is acting up and I never driven in 4x4. When it's good it's very good!

Had oil change, tire rotate, and tire pressure sensor evaluated, found small leak that they repaired while I was here, all good now, will be back

This car is very sharp looking and roomy. But this year 2021, I’ve had surprising issues that should not occur in a car of this caliber. This is the first American car I have ever owned. The touch screen stopped working. The seat adjustment stopped working twice. And most importantly it bucks when it changes gears a problem well known at the dealership I take it to for service. The problems were solved but this shouldn’t be happening on a car that is 4 years old with approximately 45 miles.

Went in to have suspension and brake work done and they did an amazing job like always. I highly recommend this location to everyone who needs work done.

We upgraded from a 2014 Escalade to a 2016 Escalade we are super happy with the new ride and the new technology in our vehicle.
