Brandon did a great job answering my questions in the prepurchase. Though he was off the day I flew up, Tim stepped in and showed the vehicle and took the pre purchase information with ease. Lee the finance job was friendly but stuck to business and I appreciated that, he did try to sell me the world only the vehicle. I usually pay cash for my cars and my last purchase the finance guy spend and hour trying to get me to take a loan with them instead. I really appreciated when he finished, he led the way to his door shook my hand and said, "We could visit, but you have a seven hour drive a head you and you need to get on the road." He was right. We originally had a unpleasant experience here as first time customers but the new vehicle sales manager - Stephanie turned everything around. She went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the pre-order of our new vehicle and maintained stellar communication and customer service throughout the whole pre-order process. We were going to pre-order a custom 2023 Escalade - Sport Platinum however the wait would be 4-8 months! Stephanie mentioned they are getting one a little sooner with the Onyx package and sent us all the information we needed to make an informed decision. We ultimately went with the one that will be arriving a little sooner (this fall!) We cannot wait until our new vehicle arrives! I will update my review once we purchase the car but so far I can say Stephanie is absolutely amazing! Ask for her if you are having any hesitations on purchasing new Cadillac! I started by applying for credit after the Salesmen James Anderson all my annoying questions. He never skipped over a question but answered each question fully. This built trust as I had trouble at other dealerships with honest communication and even some questions ignored in hopes I wouldn’t ask again. I was approved but dragged my feet and thought about waiting and decided to reach out again and test drive mainly because I liked car and the honesty of James and never high pressure tactics or constant emails. Just if we can answer anything else for you let us know by the great fiancé dept as well. Upon entering I found this a nice surprise in that it was not a typical atmosphere that I’ve experienced the car lots. My father sold cars as a side job and he’s a lot was the only one I truly enjoyed until I came to this lot. They were laid-back professional, friendly, and completely upfront. I felt like I meant a friend that I haven’t seen for a while and the experience with the salesman and the finance department was so pleasant. I would recommend this dealership to anyone that’s had a bad experience at other dealerships, James is a great salesman and has many years of experience and the finance department started at the same time he did and they make a great pair and getting you into the vehicle that you want on your terms if possible. So needless to say, I waited about 10 days and decided to visit the lot test drive the car meet the salesman that have been helping me and drive away in my new Buick. If I ever want another car being a senior, I will go back to the same dealership.
