A great experience. Purchased a new Chevrolet Suburban Premier and it was loaded! Gene at Connell Chevrolet was awesome! Did not need a Sales Manager to close the deal nor a Finance Manager to sign the deal. Gene did it all! We were a Ford family (purchased an Expedition, 2 Edge's and an Escape in the past seven (7) years), but we have now seen the best of GM and will never go back!
Best ever experience yet! My husband and I happened upon OC Autosource on our way out to dinner for my husbands 57th birthday...all the beautiful luxury cars caught his attention. We decided to stop and look around, we were casually greeted by one of the guys, because thats what the atmosphere feels like, like your one of the guys. Tony came and introduced himself, very down to earth and easy going, non pressuring, yet very attentive as he took his time to show us a couple of cars (Bently in comparison to the Ghost). We eventually saw a car we had been wanting for years (2012 CL63 AMG), at the right price with very low milage (awesome deal). I told him I need a little time to make my decision and with no pressure at all he said no problem. Tony held the car for me, which gave me time to do my research.
Whatever we needed Tony took care of it. I was and am still please with my whole process.
I would recommend anyone to shop at OC Autosoure for your next car.

Tony is a nice enough guy. He is personable and polite. But with that said, he can go too "Dealer" on the client when working with someone who is buying a high end exotic. I expect this when buying a Toyota-- Not a high end Italian sports car.
I bought my Ferrari long distance and was not able to see the car personally. He was not forthright in disclosing all the issues I asked about. While the car was mechanically as represented and arrived complete with all amenities (tool kit, cover, etc.) he certainly took the opportunity to "fudge" on the cosmetic issues.
As he is a Dealer in the business I am confident that he was well aware of the cosmetic issues the car had. But instead of being forthcoming about them he only admitted to them when I pointed them out (through photographs) and then tried to considerably downplay my concerns and gloss over issues I questioned him on.
Once the car was delivered to me I discovered an interior issue as well as other issues the rest of which I was willing to forego. I spoke to Tony and he said he would pay to correct the interior issue saying "I want you to be happy with the car". But once an estimate was obtained, he did not send compensation to correct the issue. Very disappointing. Again not what you expect from a Dealer selling you a Ferrari.
I won't go so far as to say "buyer beware". Yet, I would not recommend buying a car from this Dealer long distance unless you can personally inspect the car before purchase. Once the car arrives at your door in another state the deal is done. It quickly became apparent that whatever needed to be corrected was going to be on me. I would have appreciated a more honest, forthright disclosure on issues I am confident this Dealer knew about.
Had the most amazing experience purchasing a Range Rover at Land Rover Newport Beach! The transaction was the smoothest most pain free car buying experience I've had. Our sales rep Moyca Gardasevich did an excellent job and really helped make our decision so much easier. I cannot say enough, but thank you!

Our experience was the best, by far. And this is my 3rd Denali. I will be a customer for life !! Dean is very welcoming, and accomodating making sure we were where we needed to be for all the steps involved in buying a new car. The rest of you staff treated us like family at all times. But Dean was extraordinarily nice and kind. Thank you for gathering a great team to help us thru our transaction. I'm sure it will not be our last.
Your flexibility and high quality work. Our 10% oil life was reached at the tail end of a trip and we were only home for a couple days. We planned to take another vehicle for the second trip but called to see if you could squeeze us in. Thanks to you we got to drive our Cadillac!

I am extremely happy! Here is a copy of my Yelp review: I am writing this review because I had an exceptional experience at the Suburban Cadillac GMC Costa Mesa dealership. I want everyone to be aware of the outstanding staff they have there. I just purchased a Cadillac xt5 from Suburban Cadillac in Costa Mesa. They definitely deserve a 5-star review in all areas. My salesman, Aaron Buchholz went above and beyond to locate the vehicle of my dreams because they did not have it in stock. The negotiation went smooth and I received an excellent deal! Aaron is definitely an asset to the company. During my visit, I also met with Ken. He is also one of the nicest guys you'll ever meet! Extremely helpful, and made sure I was educated on all the Advanced Equipment in the vehicle before I left. He is known as magic Ken, and is truly a magical human being. The financing procedure went fantastic through Larry. Larry was all so wonderful. I've never liked dealing with the financial end of it, because they're usually real pushy. Larry was not! He was extremely helpful and I got exactly what I needed. I recommend that anybody interested in purchasing a vehicle, ask for Aaron Buchholz as their salesman and he will start the process. You will leave extremely happy! There is no way that this team could receive a review less than five stars!!
My experience working with John Vona and the whole staff at suburban Cadillac was just tremendous. I always felt appreciated and John was always listening to my wants and needs. This was the second Cadillac dealership I visited while shopping for a CTS-V. It was Suburban Cadilac that won my business because they still believe in servicing their customers and I appreciate that a great deal. I don't want a deal. I want a trustworthy partnership and a dealership that I can comfortably visit for all service needs. I cannot say enough about how great I felt working with John and taking ownership of my 2018 CTS-V. I highly recommend Suburban Cadillac. Oh, and Cadillac is definitely not for your dad alone anymore!
