A little disappointed that the car I was looking at online for wasn’t what was on the lot. I searched for sunroof and The Malibu came up along with backup camera. Well when we got there to look at the car it had NONE of those options and it was listed with the same price and car #. Makes me a little upset as it was a waste of my time
I was from out of state and did my shopping using cars.com. I am self employed and was looking for a specific car. They had the best price by far due to the no negotiation pricing structure. We did everything via email until the last day when I called. They sent me exact numbers so I could review. I drove up on a Saturday morning and left with my SUV in 1 hour. Easiest car buying I have ever had.
We were looking for a used MINI. Went to a lot of dealers; Mini of Madison had the best selection of quality cars, and competitive prices. Lisa, the sales person, was laid back, no pressure, and professional. Would buy a car from her and the dealer again.
Myself and many family friends have purchased multiple cars from here and have nothing but good things to say. If they do not have what you are looking for on the lot they will be able to quickly find the car for you!

Clean facility friendly people setting up the test drive was easy.
I dislike not being able to negotiate, as their price was very high for the vehicle and their idea of a "very good" interest rate on a 2016 car was 5% (I've been quoted at 2% for same vehicle) was amusing.
If people don't like to negotiate and don't want to shop around this is a very nice place to buy a car, similar to comparing iPhones (CarMax) to Android (every other dealer).
Bought a 2001 Dodge Ram Pickup with 140k miles... put less than 2k miles on it in less than a year due to my work being very close to my home... Now the Front Axle Bracket has Rusted through and snapped... looking at a 1500 to 2k repair bill.... Since i paid 3k cash for the truck i will not be investing this much into it for repair.... so for 3 grand i got a truck for less than a year and im afraid it would have been much shorter time if i had a longer work commute... i will NOT be returning... BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR VEHICLE THOROUGHLY!! INCLUDING THE UNDER BODY....i feel i was shafted with this truck... :(
