Mercedes-Benz of West Chester Ohio review
Laura was very responsive and helpful. Unfortunately I waited too long to reconnect with her and damned if she didn't sell the car I was interested in. He who hesitates is lost. I will be checking back with her as I frequently monitor West Chester Mercedes.
2024 Cadillac XT5 review
3rd XT5 have had no issues with '19 & '21. Current our '24 is experiencing automatic braking and cruise control issues. The vehicle is in the shop to be fixed. This issue has caused crashes. Our experience was shocking with the system slamming on the brakes while moving. Ido hope Cadillac gets this issue corrected. We are very apprehensive when driving and will be since this occured.

Last February 2025 I purchased a Buick Envision from this dealership. They are wonderful to deal with every step of the way. I received 2 free oil change service and they just completed my second. From sales to service they are knowledgeable, kind courteous and efficient. You really can’t ask for more. If you’re considering Jake Sweeney for buying or servicing your vehicle you simply can’t go wrong.
