DeFelice Auto Sales & Repair review
DeFelice Auto and Mark are very professional and provide exceptional customer service. The service department are amazing and explain everything in detail. I promise, they value your concerns and they promptly diagnosed and installed a new battery.
2017 Cadillac XT5 review
We purchased this vehicle from a cadi dealer. At $31,200 it was reasonable. Today, 6 years later, you pay 10 grand more for new mid size cars. It had been a leased car with 25,000 miles. Have now owned it for 6 years and have driven it only 22,000 miles. Dealer was poor but that has nothing to do with the automobile. VERY comfortable, quiet, nice riding. Very good sound system. Has the V-6 and for a vehicle of this size and weight gets excellent gas mileage. Driving hwy. @ 60 mph gets 30 mpg, mixed about 23-24. Good visibility and backup camera. Lots of safety features. Beautiful paint. Just had to have a small engine part replaced. Part cost $27, labor $500 from my honest mechanic. Would have cost $200-$300 more @ dealer. Only repair so far and nly complaint. I replaced battery, as maintenance, 2 years ago. Air and cabin filters + oil changes are maintenance issues. Just discovered tranny service required at 45,000 miles. Will be done.

2023 Cadillac XT5 review
First of all, I purchased the XT5 Sport AWD with the Platinum package, sticker $69,530. Truthfully, this is a fine ride, and a pleasure to drive. Everything is at your fingertips and easy to use. A couple of items I miss would be the floating high beams that come with intellibeams, the accent lighting in the interior was a nice feature. My final complaint, not enough USB ports. It could use a couple on the dash just below the radio.

AutoLenders Egg Harbor Township review
I recently purchased a vehicle through Auto Lenders, and overall, it was a smooth and satisfying experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and attentive without being overly pushy. Ryan Thompson the sales consultant took the time to understand what I was looking for, answered all my questions clearly, and provided several options within my budget. The selection of vehicles was impressive, with a variety of models in excellent condition. I appreciated the transparency throughout the process—pricing, financing options, and vehicle history were all explained in detail, which made me feel confident in my decision. The paperwork process was straightforward, and the team worked efficiently to get everything finalized without unnecessary delays. By the end of the day, I drove away feeling happy with both my purchase and the level of service I received. While no experience is perfect, and there were minor wait times during peak hours, the professionalism and customer care more than made up for it. I would definitely recommend Auto Lenders to anyone looking for a reliable and hassle-free car buying experience.

2021 Cadillac XT5 review
I had just got this car and it's been to the shop twice, first 2 days I had it I loved it, the performance is great and the interior is amazing! I have the sport utility model and I love all the features and the sound of the xt5!! Over the week my power liftgate stopped working/ would only work at certain times, my check engine light came on reading codes about the camshaft and coolant temp not being high enough. I'm not sure what's going on, this might just be a me problem but over all very nice car, just alot of bells and whistles and specific dealerships to go through if it ever needs repairs.

Road noise is loud, Water leak in front passenger side during heavy rain or car wash. Engine noise that the tech can’t locate. The XT 5 is a very nice size SUV. For a high end vehicle the warranty should be better in length and milage..

2024 Cadillac XT5 review
3rd XT5 have had no issues with '19 & '21. Current our '24 is experiencing automatic braking and cruise control issues. The vehicle is in the shop to be fixed. This issue has caused crashes. Our experience was shocking with the system slamming on the brakes while moving. Ido hope Cadillac gets this issue corrected. We are very apprehensive when driving and will be since this occured.

This is my second XT5. Had a 2017 and never had a problem. Just got my 2023 XT5 Sport, and wow, maybe too much power for a senior citizen, but I love it. A few changes from the 2017, but love the car. I put other vehicles like the Jeep or GMC as beasts, my XT5 is more like a cat, still get where I want to be with luxury.

I LIVE IN QUEENS N.Y. AND RECENTLY WENT TO PINE BELT CADILLAC IN TOM'S RIVER N.J. TO VIEW AND TALK ABOUT A VEHICLE I WAS INTERESTED IN AT THIS DEALERSHIP. WELL 1 1/2 HOURS LATER I AM IN THAT VEHICLE WITH A NEW LEASE AND EXACTLY THE DEAL WE DROVE 2 HOURS FOR. THEY LISTENED TO WHAT WE WERE LOOKING FOR AND MADE THE DEAL WITH NO PRESSURE AND NO BACK AND FORTH SURPRISES. EVERYONE WE DEALT WITH WAS VERY NICE AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS WONDERFUL TO SPEAK WITH. SO YOU NOW HAVE A VERY SATISFIED AND HOPEFULLY REPEAT CUSTOMER. TERRIFIC JOB DONE BY ALL. THANK YOU ----- CHARLIE T.-----

Pine Belt Cadillac review
I went to a few dealerships before I chose pine Belt Cadillac. I had different options and different numbers to compare and knew the SUV . I wanted. Got to test drive different models just to make sure I got the one I wanted with the upgrades I tried different SUVs. My sales girl.Gina DiCave took a lot of time to put me in a car that would suit me. She took alot of time explaining to me the vehicle, as I have never had a Cadillac SUV before she was so patient and no pressure since I’m older and don’t have time to be pressured into some thing. Just want to know about what I’m paying for and how all this new technology works. She set my car up and told me to call her if I get stuck on anything. General Sales manager Marc Stango Also went over the numbers and gave me the best deal. I left the dealership feeling comfortable with the dealership and I just love my new XT 5. With all the New safety features. Ask for Gina DiCave when you go to Pine Belt Cadillac in Toms River NJ!

2018 Cadillac XT5 review
Previously I had a GM Blazer that was the worst car I’ve ever hard. So I was afraid to buy another GM car. But this 2018 XT5 should be on some kind of special 10 out of 10 list. I found this car on a Cadillac dealer’s lot with only 700 miles on it. I guess I got lucky because in 8 years I had a small AC issue and nothing else! It handles incredibly and never seems to have any issues! I can only hope it continues for another 8 years. It is great!

My main reason for staying with Cadillac is service, and Ralph Q. is my go to in service. He is probably the primary reason i will be buying my third cts soon. I love the car, and knowing I can call someone as helpful as Ralph Quiqly if I have any problem makes owning our Cadillac an enjoyable trouble free experience.
