I love this car. It has fast acceleration, luxury ride many safety features that even made my insurance cost decrease. And the work well. It reminds my of My 1989 Pontiac Bonniville SSE. Powerful Luxury

2013 Cadillac XTS review
Got a 2013 about a month ago with 60K in nearly perfect condition. I have spent some time and money fixing little things - these cars are complicated and loaded with delicate technology. The CUE radio has been replaced, as has the electronic dash - which are both a very nice feature but are known to fail. It drives beautifully, has tons of room, is a fantastic value proposition, and looks very nice. The overall finish is very high and of very good quality on these cars. The owners complaining here are the ones that drive them hard and the only attention the car gets is when they drop it off to the dealer for something and then agree to fix things. Plan to spend a lot of money keeping one going if this is you. If you can do most things yourself, and keep it properly looked after, it's typical of any common luxury car. They ALL have their quirks. If you really wanted a toyota or a honda economy car then this isn't the car for you - go buy one of those, you'll hate owning one of these. Me? I just love it! Next costly maintenance is the magneride suspension - it does wear out, and typical engine cleaning - valves, injectors, plugs, etc. All fluids are new, brakes are new, tires are new. Everything is expensive for these cars.

2014 Cadillac XTS review
I brought my 2014 Cadillac XTS in 2021 with only 17,000 miles on it and I now have 77,000 miles on it. The only complaint I have is when I took it to the dealer to get a headlight changed the service manager told me the whole front end of the car had to be taken apart to change that headlight and one of the mechanics overheard him and came over and said that’s not true so the mechanic showed him how by removing three screws you could get access to the LED headlight and it still cost $500 because the bulb itself was somewhere around 400! Now at 77,000 miles if you’re thinking about buying one make sure the struts and the leveling compressor are all in perfect shape. At 77,000 miles I am looking at $3000 to replace the rear struts and. Another 2200 for the front struts and up to 3000 for the air compressor if that is bad so you could be looking at six to $8000 for four struts , and a compressor! I’m selling the car as is.

Mike was courteous, friendly, and professional from the very beginning! I will also admit I not to easiest to deal with, if pushed or felt pressured in a sale, which usually happens when making a big purchase. Mike never did that! He always listened and found answers to my questions, even if didn't know it at that exact moment. This was a drawn out process by ordering as found it was better and more economical, even though I knew would take longer to get and receive my new Bronco. Even the when there was a hurdle with with the order process, Mike was there to make sure it was fixed right, and I as a customer was happy with the solution, so the process could continue to move forward. What else can I say, other than he was amazing! Thank you Mike! What an amazing group of people at Haag Ford! Also to all that I interacted with including Justin, Andrew, and Jessie, thank for an overall great experience at Haag Ford! Truly a professional crew! So for anyone out there looking to buy a new Ford, I would take a drive to Lawrenceburg no matter the distance, as well worth the drive. Best car I ever owned. Extremely reliable, very comfortable. Every time I think about upgrading, I look at it and say why….lol it’s that good. Highly recommend this automobile.
