I had visited a few dealerships and just didn't feel comfortable. I had decided to buy my car online through Chevrolet. That process required me to pick three dealerships. Rocky wasn't the first to contact me but was the only one that didn't pressure me to come in. From the start Rocky took care of me, so much so, I had began to worry if he wasn't going too far and may get reprimanded. After meeting Andy I realized that the entire Fenton team cared what I thought and what I wanted, even if it wasn't one of their cars. They showed that they wanted me happy, with them, my car and my experience. I never felt pressured or attempted to be swayed from what I wanted. Even when I changed my mind quite a few times they were patient, respectful and supportive. The entire experience was positive.
