I previously owned a Black 2017 Cadillac CT6 that I traded in to finance my current 2018 Cadillac CT6. I love this car it has so many more features that my old car didn’t have. My favorite features are the camera in the windshield mirror and the heated steering wheel. My teenage kids mostly appreciate the heated back seats which are a plus to have during the winter.
Tyler was great, and he promised Bianca (cashier) lunch for helping me get the charges for my service through to my bank card with my bank. She was patient and very professional. Excellent job Bianca! Thank you very much.

My newly purchased 2014 SRX is the most luxurious vehicle that I've ever drove and owned. It far exceeded my expectations, even after researching other luxury crossovers and reading reviews on the SRX. Makes being stuck in traffic so much less stressful; at times, even pleasurable. Rides and handles like a dream too. Nothing but an exceptional vehicle with high praises in performance, looks, and comfort.

Big Bang for your buck. Comfortable, sporty, luxury vehicle. My first 4 door, and it’s not like grandpa’s sedan. It won out over a Camaro, because it had more room, more luxurious feel, and can drive it all winter.
The service provided is exceptional every time I take my vehicle in for service. If you are looking for a great customer service dealership, go to Jim Riehls Friendly Cadillac. They really care about making their customers happy.

This is not only the best car I've ever owned but it is the best value in its class. It is supremely comfortable and yet performs like a sports sedan. Even though it is a large car it drives like a much smaller one and gets 22 miles a gallon with a powerful V6.
Every experience at Crestview has been exceptional!!

The Cadillac CTS is the best car I have ever owned. Purchased the car new and have driven over 9000 miles. The car rides great and the 2.0T (turbo) motor is very responsive. I was surprised at the acceleration and pep the motor has. It is quiet and the technology is easy to use and set up. I am a physician and am on call frequently. Reliability is a MUST for me. I love the car.
My service rep as well as the service manager went above and beyond to help me out. They know I have had a serious of problems with the vehicle between tire/rim issues, headlights, and computer/electric issues so when 8 month old tires all needed replaced as well as a cracked rim AND the rear shocks/pump they did everything they could to minimize the cost. They recommends tires with a large tread life warranty that at least will be replaced if they run out in 15-20,000 miles like these did which is ridiculous considering nearly all of it is expressway driving in light traffic. I will never buy any tires made by Goodyear again. They also did the service in steps and prevented me from getting recommended work that was not mandatory at the time, not the usual dealership way which was refreshing.
Long story short, the Genesis service team did enough for me to rethink my stance on never buying a Cadillac again. Although they cannot prevent the quality issues or control the cost so odds are I will sell this one in the next 10-13’days and switch back to Ford/Lincoln since I had twice as many miles on those cars and never had half this many issues

The performance is great and it has all of the extras that I could want like Bluetooth and Android Auto, Intellibeam headlights, Heads Up Display, Lane Keeping Assist, SiriusXM, heated seats and steering wheel, and much more. Decent mileage for the great acceleration and power.
Excellent service! Brandon is professional, organized and communicates well. Listens to your concerns, explains everything in detail and follows-up on all inquires. Would highly recommend for all service needs.

I bought this car as an upgrade from a Cadillac ATS. Besides looking great, it drives wonderfully. The car handles great, is fast and amazingly comfortable.
The 3.6 liter V6 gets pretty good gas mileage, and is very responsive. The all wheel drive is a confidence builder.
I get compliments about my car all the time.
The warranty is excellent, and the service department is great.
This is not a cheap car, but compared to it’s competition, the CTS is affordable.
I love to drive the CTS on winding mountain roads and it is also a comfortable highway cruiser.
During recent winter weather driving I was kept safe and felt confident while using the snow and ice setting.
If you are looking for a midsize luxury/performance sedan, the Cadillac CTS should definitely be on your short list.

This car drives well, feels good, and is inexpensive to own. It services like a Chevy, Uses Regular Gas, I am not worried about driving it through the car wash. The Trunk is enormous and the back seats fold down for even more space.
The process was smooth, was able to turn in my old lease and get into a new one very quickly. The sales team was very friendly and helpful.
