BMW of WarwickReviews
BMW of Warwick review
We just bought a BMW Xi from BMW of Warwick. Our salesman Vito is the BEST!! This is the second car Vito sold to us (the first was a BMW 230i convertible thata we still own) and Vito took great care of us throughout the process both times. Our BMW Genius David gave us a great tutorial on the new X-seris dashboard (no small task!). And Erin in financing made the pruchase process as painless as possible. All the folks at this BMW location are wonderful. I highly recommend them! If you're looking for a new or used BMW, give Vito a call!

Great sales and finance teams made my car purchase fast and easy. I have bought several cars from this dealer and highly recommend them to my friends, family and co-workers.
2025 Cadillac CT4 review
Really enjoy the CT4 purchased for the wife. Was looking for an entry level luxury car after driving mid size trucks for the past 20 years. Not to many bells and whistles to figure out the technology components are just basic and all I need for functionality. Could not be happier!

2020 Cadillac CT5 review
Bought a 2020 CT5 as a replacement for my wife’s 2010 Mini Cooper S. She loves it, and it’s a very comfortable car with some really nice options. We got the All Wheel Drive (AWD) version with the turbocharged 2 liter engine, and it has plenty of get up and go.

2022 Cadillac CT5 review
I traded my 3 year old 2019 Blazer to get a new CT5-V Series. The car is nicely equipped & lovely to look at inside & out. The leather black & white interior has a hi-end look & feel, plus heated & ventilated seats. This car is about the same size as the current model Honda Accord. The 360hp V6 feels willing, able & smooth. The exhaust has a sporty note. 10 speed auto shifts very smoothly. This is the best driving Cadillac I've been in & just to reiterate, has a sporty feel. It's not the "cushy" Brougham feeling Caddy's were known for in the 1980's. It looks very smart, has enough advanced technology to boggle your mind & overall, gets you there in style! On the downside, I ordered this car in March & took the process 7 months before car arrived at my Dealership.

Nissan Of NorwichReviews
Nissan Of Norwich review
I'm a first time car buyer and was getting very upset with my experience in buying a car. Most all the dealerships were acting like I was a nuisance, not a guest. If I asked for something they sighed and made a face. I was getting highly upset and was about to just not buy a car at all. That's when I was driving by Nissan of Norwich and decided to try one more dealership. I was not really a Nissan guy and had always owned Jeeps before this, but what does it hurt to step out of your comfort zone and try something new? I was greeted by Richard Parker who ended up being my sales associate I worked with through the entire process. I came in just as they were closing without realizing it. But he still wanted to take the time to help me out and test drive not one but two SUVs - Nissan Rouges. After test driving the 2014 Nissan Rouge, I fell in love! No more Jeep for me. I came back two days later and worked again with Richard and Eric in the finance office. The banks originaly did not approve me for the Black Rouge I wanted, but Eric called them up and used the dealerships great track record and good relationship with the bank to advocate on my behalf. It was AMAZING the magic this guy has. He actually got me Approved!! I drove away in the car I wanted! These folks at Nissan of Norwich are truly professionals and know exactly what they are doing, and they do it with Style. I can't explain how happy I am that I am in that vehicle. Unlike the other dealerships, they actually took the time to listen to what I wanted and made sure to match me with a vehicle that completely fit my needs and my budget. They were respectful of my time and what I could bring to the table and really put the effort in to make the deal happen. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great vehicle. They actually have a used 2012 Plum Nissan Rouge, that was my second choice it's a really nice vehicle. It won't be there for long though, I'm sure it will sell fast lol. But Go check it out, go check them out, I guarantee, you will not be disappointed at all.
2020 Cadillac CT4 review
I think this car this amazing! Everything cadi has always lived up to be! I can't wait to drive it! I owned a cts a few years ago and wasn't disappointed back then either. I haven't drove this one yet but I am so jacked! I'm the pickyest of picking out phones and cars. I will look forever before I finally pick one to take home. I am thrilled about driving this car and I know I won't regret it.

Keith is truly exceptional! He was consistently available, providing updates seven days a week, making the entire car-buying process seamless. The financing options were straightforward, and I found the experience remarkably professional. Having purchased more than six cars over the years, I can confidently say I'll never consider another dealership as long as this team is around!

My name is Larry and this is the 2nd car I’ve purchased now and I was very satisfied. Marc M. was my last sales person for my truck and Marc and the team took good care of us. When my wife was shopping for a family car we ended up at imperial and the experience was so great it made sense to go back when I needed a vehicle I went back and got my truck. Got a free oil change and car wash too. Sometimes life happens. I recommend Marc M. And the team. Thank you!

Nice car and the car is pretty fast for a 4 cylinder and it gets 32 mpg. Hwy.!!! beautifull interoor although a little bit cramped but it has all the amenities i need!! As nice of a car as this is i will keep it for a long time!!! it's cheaper to maintain than european rivals and i think for the smaller engine it has more get up and go than my older 2020 toyota corolla!!!

2025 Cadillac CT5 review
I only drive about 1500 miles annually. Last year (2024) I bought two of these cars, identical except for interior and exterior colors. No mechanical issuers to date. But the car is too hi-tech for me. I have little knowledge about what many of the knobs, buttons, computer swipes, etc. actually do. The owners manual, which you can purchase for an additional $50 is over 450 pages, I have yet had the time to read it. It comes with a sun roof which I did not want, but had no choice but to get it. It is very complicated, I liked the less complicated cars of yesteryear much better.

2014 Cadillac XTS review
I brought my 2014 Cadillac XTS in 2021 with only 17,000 miles on it and I now have 77,000 miles on it. The only complaint I have is when I took it to the dealer to get a headlight changed the service manager told me the whole front end of the car had to be taken apart to change that headlight and one of the mechanics overheard him and came over and said that’s not true so the mechanic showed him how by removing three screws you could get access to the LED headlight and it still cost $500 because the bulb itself was somewhere around 400! Now at 77,000 miles if you’re thinking about buying one make sure the struts and the leveling compressor are all in perfect shape. At 77,000 miles I am looking at $3000 to replace the rear struts and. Another 2200 for the front struts and up to 3000 for the air compressor if that is bad so you could be looking at six to $8000 for four struts , and a compressor! I’m selling the car as is.

I wanted low mileage, with a clean interior and exterior - but I also wanted a fair price. Being that it was the end of 2020, it was harder to find this, as most of the 2017 leases were bought up earlier in the year. I went into the searching and buying process expecting honest, professional, and respectful service. I'll share that dealing with all those other dealerships was frustrating and wore on my patience, but definitely helped me feel confident in my decision to do business with Vachon GMC Cadillac! Jim (sales) and Mike (manager) were fantastic. Jim was really friendly and took the edge off the buying process with his conversation. He was honest (admitted that he obviously wanted to make the sale) but didn't apply a lot of pressure and kept it respectful. Not once did he "honey" or "sweetie" me, or act like I was being too picky. When I took it for a test drive, I noted that it didn't sound like it should - that something didn't feel right. They brought it right into the shop to check it out and figured out that one of the tires was slightly unbalanced. They had me take it for another drive after that and it drove like a dream. I pointed out that it looked like one of the roof rails needed a fix and they immediately submitted an order to replace the part. On the day that we came to pick up the vehicle, there was now a chip in the windshield, so they made an appointment for me to come back in a week to have the windshield fixed and the roof rail replaced. Everything was handled perfectly and for the first time in my life, I LOVE my vehicle!! Very pleased with my purchase and my experience at this dealership. Highly recommend reaching out to Jim at Vachon GMC Cadillac if they've got what you're looking for!
2024 Cadillac CT5 review
I wanted this car... Value for money is excellent for this level. The twin turbo V6 is plenty powerful... The quality and attention to detail is apparent. Rides great! Handles great! Can choose between touring and sport mode mode ..sport mode tightens everything up and makes the exhaust note more aggressive..And it's American.

Hoffman Audi of New London review
Frank was great! We were getting ready to move to the area when we started our car search, and he found us the exact combination we wanted - in the timeframe that we needed. He was easy going, upfront, not pushy, and helped understand our needs before making recommendations. It’s increasingly rare to find good service, so we appreciated Frank and the entire team in helping us get the best car for us quickly and at a great price.
2023 Cadillac CT5-V review
Just a beast!! Just doesnt ride as nice as my Escalade and CT6 V BW. So much quicker off the line and from moving than my CT6 V BW. Kinda wish I got the electric blue over the darker blue but my loss. Gas guzzler but it is a beautiful car that is stylish.

I've not been to the lot yet so can't rate anything but customer service. And their customer service is A . By far, the nicest and most honest dealership I've ever spoken to.
2018 Cadillac ATS review
A little smaller than I would have liked, however, considering its competition my choice over any BMW, Toyo/Lexus or Niss/Infiniti. Got a great deal on a leaseback and over 3 years less than 2K deprecition. ALSO, it's got three pedals!!! Woudn't drive anything else. People talk about reliabilty ... haven't had a glich.
