From the time I contacted the dealership about the car I eventually purchased, they were responsive and helpful. I drove 768 miles to make the purchase they didn't waste my time and I didn't waste theirs. the vehicle was cleaned and ready for the test drive. The paperwork was ready I was done in 35 minutes and back on the road for the drive back. Ray Lugo is a class act, my only complaint was a rear panel was loose inside the passenger compartment that should have been taken care of, I noticed it once I was on the road but it was an easy fix and a great car.

Searched for a long time for the best price on a Ford Transit work van. Moters Trust kept popping up from a price perspective, but it is 60 miles to Miami. After going to an "authorized car dealer" based on an internet price and seeing unexpected charges (to be kind), I left. The second choice was to check out this place in Miami. Mandy provided straight forward answers to the questions, showed the vans and provided the best price available. The price was as advertised and below the lowest blue book price and had unexpectedly nice features, etc. The competitive dealer fee was as expected and nothing compared to the crazy added stuff from a car dealer. I would recommend this dealer to my friends. Note: The dealer I tried first was not a Ford dealer, it was another brand way not close to the purchase location. Also, this was a cash sale for advertised price, not a financed purchase.

Several staff members greeted me during my visit and offered their service for anything I needed from water, tea, to moments of their great sense of humor. Other places usually spend their time trying to assume my financial status and treat or ignore me according to their assessment; NOT HERE!! I commend all of their staff, from sales to finance, for their well-constructed team of great individuals. I loved it and highly recommend. This is it!

2019 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 2500 review
This vehicle is very fun to drive for a commercial service vehicle. It is very sharp and handles very well. We love the cameras for backing up and parking. 360 degree view around the vehicle. This will be much safer than our RAM.

2020 Mercedes-Benz Metris review
Purchased new a month ago, very active weather since. Driven to NYC in snowstorm and over the mountains to Pittsburgh in ice storm. Handling and stability were awesome considering such a high profile vehicle. A lot of active safety and stability features. Interior appointments and infotech could be more up to date, but the basics (Bluetooth and USB) are there- acceptable as its mission as a cargo van. Plenty of payload and towing capacity for its size- quite maneuverable and serviceable with rear wheel drive. Low end torque for confident acceleration. Cloth seats with manual adjustments are comfortable, a lot of hard plastics-as expected in a work van. Got a good price, great trade in offer, and a low APR with MB Financial. MB is making a push to promote their truck lines in the USA with their new Charleston plant, they will give Ford a run for their money.

I will begin by saying that I really enjoyed my experience at the Mercedez of South Florida - Service Center. Viktor was outmost pleasant, patient and courteous throughout my experience at the service center. I was visiting family from New York and my engine light came on as I was driving down to Florida. I drive an IMG Mercedes GLC 63S Coupe. I called up Mercedes of South Florida - Service Center and spoke to Victor and he told me to bring my car in for a check up. When I arrived I got to sit down in Victor's office and explain how and when the car started to show the engine light. He explained that he would like to put the car in the Mercedes Diagnostics to see what codes the car registered when the engine light came on. When I purchased my vehicle I got the extended warranty of 75,000 miles. After a few minutes, he came back and explained that the car had leaks in both the turbos. He continued to assure me that he would take care of the issue with no problem. The service center looked very busy since it was the day before New Years Eve. He kept coming back to me periodically to make sure I was being taken care of. That showed me that he really cared. After the repair was finished he apologized to me for the time I spent there waiting away from my grand-son that I was visiting. They replaced the two turbo clamps so that there is no more leak. I in return thanked him for his support and care that he showed towards me as a customer. My car now runs smooth and is in great shape. Viktor you are a great person and wonderful human being for showing me great patience and respect. Mercedes of South Florida - Service Center will be proud to have you in their staff. I would not be surprised that you someday get promoted to a higher leadership role because of your patience and communication skills you have with your customers and people around you. I was looking to replace my Saturn but had no idea what type of vehicle I wanted. I dread car lots, pushy sales staff and haggling on price. CarMax is different and a joy to work with.
