2020 Ford Transit Connect review
Bought a brand new in 2019 Transit Connect, since then we only had to change the brakes and oil !!!! Love this van. Works fine for our company needs. The money that we saved on gas alone is priceless (27/28 MPG). I decided to write this now because this is the only Ford product that didn't disappoint us. Hopefully they start making this work horse again soon.

If you’re in the market for a new Lincoln, your guy should be Michael Zeller at Sheehy Lincoln of Gaithersburg. I know what you’re probably thinking — that’s a long drive if you live in Southern Maryland — but trust me, it is absolutely worth it. From the moment my Lincoln was ordered, Michael stayed on top of everything and kept me updated every step of the way. Anytime I had a question, he responded immediately and kindly, never once making me feel like I had asked a silly question. He definitely doesn’t keep banker’s hours — I could text him anytime and he was always quick to respond. On top of that, he saved me a significant amount of money compared to every other quote I received for the exact same new Lincoln within about a 2.5-hour driving radius. David Lewald also took great care of me by securing 0% financing, and at no point did I feel pressured or pushed into additional options or upgrades. Buying a new car can be an extremely stressful transaction, but with these guys the entire experience was smooth as silk. I was interested in a Nissan NV 2500. Viewing several of these vehicles on cars.com and other sites. I decided to make the trip to Trust Auto in Maryland from West Virginia. About a 4 1/2 hour trip. I had talked to David on the phone to make sure the Nissan was still available and explained when I could be there to look over the vehicle. We made the trip in good time only running into one delay. Upon meeting David he brought the vehicle up to the front of the dealership and told us to inspect it, which is what we did. I had two top mechanic with me. While we knew the vehicle had been in an accident, the repair work was very well done on found a few bolts missing. One in the valance and the other from the inner fender. This could have been from the accident or just from being a service vehicle. A little over 94,000 miles on it. The detail shop did a great job on their work. Very chean for sure. After running the computer test, we took the Nissan NV for a test drive. It did not disappoint. Extremely happy with everything we saw and felt during the test drive. Steering was solid and tracked well. No pull to either side while driving. Throttle response was perfect as well as the braking system. The comfort of the Nissan NV was Avery pleasant surprise. The ride was almost as good as my Lincoln MKZ, almost.😎 Much like a 2006 GMC dually I had in 2007. Very nice. When returning to the dealership myself and the two mechanics talked things over and decided to go to the next step. After a little negotiation we settled on a fair price and made the purchase. David was very kind to us and I feel like we got a great deal. We finished the paperwork and was ready to leave but we were blocked in by another vehicle. I backed back into the parking spot when one of the ladies that worked there said she would move the vehicle so we could be on our way. She came back within a few minutes moved the vehicle and with a big beautiful smile waved goodbye to us as we left. That truly made my day😇. Trust Auto in my opinion is a great dealership and when I need another vehicle, they will be the first ones I will go to. I am very happy with the team of people at Mercedes’ Benz Chantilly. Sodik Lawal sales and David Han finance were the absolute best! They worked really hard to get me my dream car not only that but I got to leave with my car on a Sunday (same day). I work a ton so it was hard to figure out when exactly to go to these different dealerships to find the car I wanted and on a Sunday it’s very limited on where you can go. I went to a couple different dealerships but none like this . Sodik Lawal my sales person told me all they had in stock for the model I wanted with the different price points . He explained each feature in the fullest extent. Not only just a test drive and that paper at the car window but he sat with me and really explained the car as I have not been car shopping in seven years so even the push to start is something to get used to. All the features were amazing to say the least future that excites and I thank him for going above and beyond to help me work with the technology. David Han the finance manager is the absolute best he really fought for me making calls to make sure I got the best rate. I am 23 with not that much credit history just good but not excellent credit and other dealerships ( I went to 5 total) were almost doubling my interest when financing with them despite the down payment I was putting down. It wasn’t the best deal nor did I get all the features I get with Mercedes’ . I was not sold on the car but here you can find your perfect match I’m telling you these cars are like driving a cloud ! Mr. Han really explained my options and the next day got me a better deal. They really worked with me to get me a good car that I am absolutely in love with at a really good price brand new. They make the process easy and explain everything itemized which was not the same experience I’ve had at other dealerships . You see what you get , where the extra fees are for, what features you get, and the coverage is amazing. This team was a absolute pleasure to work with . I cannot thank them enough !

He even sent me a video of the vehicle I was interested in before I came in. He made every part of the process easy to understand and made sure I would be able to drive off with the car I wanted. I can’t say enough about George. He was so kind and caring and willing to do whatever it took for me to be able to officially say “I’m a car owner!” He took his time with me and never made me feel rushed. Thank you George!! His manager, Roman was so compassionate and took the time to speak with me about what all of the fees meant and what we could do to get a monthly payment that I was comfortable with. He sat down with me, human to human, and connected with me on a personal level while trying to get me into the car of my dreams. Thank you Roman!! The finance office was the part I was most scared of. I was sooo pleasantly surprised and relieved when I met Ash. He was so incredibly patient with me while I asked a million questions and he took his time clearly explaining everything in a way that I could understand. He also gave me some great financial advice for bettering my future that I am truly grateful for. He helped me find the right terms for my loan so that I could be comfortable and confident as I drove off the lot. Thank you Ash!! Every single person I interacted with went above and beyond their job description and made me feel like I mattered. It felt like it wasn’t just my business that mattered but that me as a person with a life outside of that dealership, I mattered to them. My happiness and well-being mattered to them. My future and comfort mattered to them. There was not a single time I felt pressured or discouraged. The car was also immaculately clean, which I very much appreciated. I cannot speak more highly of them! When it’s time for a new car I know who I will call. I am a customer for life now!!
