The entire experience was easy for me. However, they also understood this was my first time purchasing a vehicle on my own, and understood my trepidation about having all documents and money in hand the day ones wanted to drive the car off the lot. Fast forward to Saturday, and Julio, my agent, had all of the paperwork ready to go that needed to be signed by me. The entire transaction felt smooth, and I walked away super happy I snagged a gently used hybrid at a time these vehicles are being purchased left and right because of the gas issue in the country. Can't exactly say I'm planning on purchasing another vehicle soon, but I would consider this dealership again if I'm in the mood for something specific next time it needs to happen.

2020 Mercedes-Benz Metris review
Purchased new a month ago, very active weather since. Driven to NYC in snowstorm and over the mountains to Pittsburgh in ice storm. Handling and stability were awesome considering such a high profile vehicle. A lot of active safety and stability features. Interior appointments and infotech could be more up to date, but the basics (Bluetooth and USB) are there- acceptable as its mission as a cargo van. Plenty of payload and towing capacity for its size- quite maneuverable and serviceable with rear wheel drive. Low end torque for confident acceleration. Cloth seats with manual adjustments are comfortable, a lot of hard plastics-as expected in a work van. Got a good price, great trade in offer, and a low APR with MB Financial. MB is making a push to promote their truck lines in the USA with their new Charleston plant, they will give Ford a run for their money.
