She did by 2.5% and the manager gave me an extra 1000 off for financing through Ford AFTER I was approved at a lower rate. True sales lady that cuts through all the unwanted salesman tactics. Erica knows her job and is supported by an honest manager. Best car buying experience in 20 years and I buy a new vehicle every two years. Finding a service dept that is just as great was the icing on the cake. Mark had my truck prepped exactly as I asked when had my first service done. Recently bought a 2016 Honda Accord thanks to the help of Star. The process was very quick and there weren’t many hidden fees just document and sales tax. The car had a couple small issues with the gas cap, and TPM sign on the dashboard which they offered to fix for no charge!

They make you feel comfortable, asking questions you may not know and help you understand the placement and your payments, there is no withheld information! Highly recommended to all! I couldn’t get approved anywhere else but 322 got the job done for me!

Great little van for commercial use. The only drawbacks is only one armrest for the driver and not passenger seat, no cruise control on the commercial model and the A/C Fan does not have a high air flow on face and feet mode. The spare tire does not come with and can be added for an extra fee. Great Van otherwise.

163014 miles on my pro master use it almost daily for about 4 years ! Gas tank is small I think it holds 21 gallons wish it was bigger . Very roomy in the back .
