Greg really went out of his way to take care of my wife and I and made the car-buying experience enjoyable instead of stressful. He’s a great guy and a wonderful salesman. The dealership has that friendly, family-owned feel with no hard selling. They did offer a good warranty package which ultimately, I turned it down, but I still received a couple years of free oil changes which was a nice touch! If you’re in the market for a Ford, ask for Greg, you’ll be in very good hands!
2018 Ford Transit-250 review
The Ford Transit 250 I have, 3.7 V6, 4:10 diff, High Roof Extended Body, is awesome! It is very dependable, and keeps my business making money. Pros:Power, Dependability, Comfort, Ease of Interior Control functions, Excellent Range of View from the Drivers seat. Awesome Heater in the Winter, as per usual for Ford. BEST THING about my Ford Transit, is the level of Service provided by my local dealer service department “Ray VARNER Ford, in Clinton Tennessee. From the initial purchase experience with the Sales Team, to regular servicing (oil changes & tire rotations) with Service Team, they are simply the best! Much better, and more reasonable than the former German owned brand that I had at a much higher cost overall. (Can you say $10k in service over 3 years of ownership with the German 3.0 Turbo Diesel to keep rolling....Ouch!) Cons:There needs to be better Gas & Brake Pedal Clearance for Contractors oversized Boots/Footwear. I sometimes find one of my Boots trapped beneath a pedal if I rest it on the floor momentarily. The front steering feedback from the road is a bit too light for my liking, but I run almost at 9,000 pounds at all times, very close to the GVWR, and the tires up front feel as though they are struggling to maintain road contact while on a winding road. The Air Conditioning while excellent as usual for Ford (Very Cold Air) could use another higher blower speed, as the AC struggles to cool to the levels of comfort of other brands, and models (even Fords) that I’ve experienced in the past. The 148” wheelbase needs to extended to 170” as on some steeper driveway or parking lot entrances the rear bumper corners will contact the pavement surface (drag), and slightly damages (scrapes/scratches) the underside of the bumper. I did not have this issue while driving the same approaches in a previous vehicle that had a 170” wheelbase, and an approximately 20” longer body. Lastly the standard sized Alternator should provide more output, without upgrading to the high output Alternator. My reasoning is that my Interior L.E.D Lights should not dim down while idling with the 4-way flashers on. Lastly, the Start Battery/Batteries under the drivers seat are difficult to access. I added a second battery to mine, and had to remove the drivers seat to install. When it comes time to replace the battery, I can only imagine how much downtime I will experience changing out a battery compared to one that is mounted traditionally under the hood. (Keep things simple/don’t Over Engineer items) Things I would like on my next new Ford Transit 250/350 1. 170” Wheelbase. 2. 20” longer extended body. 3. Higher Output Standard Alternator. 4. More weighted front end steering feedback/feel with a loaded vehicle weight. 5. AC/Heater Blower extra high speed selection. 6. High Roof front and rear high mounted sensors to alert with a separate sounding tone/buzzer to alert when approaching building awnings or overhangs. I’ve never hit anything (yet) but find it difficult to judge if the roof will clear a customers awning or roof overhang. Another option would be to mount a front high roof camera, and an option to change the viewing of the rear mounted camera, from looking down to the bumper, to projecting straight back to a building awning/overhang. 7. Start/Accessory Batteries properly located under the hood in the Engine Compartment. Overall this is the best, most dependable vehicle for work that I have ever owned, and will definitely be buying more Ford Transit 250/350’s in the future even if there are no changes made to the current platform. Honestly during my long drive down to the dealership that day, I thought about how easy the phone and text process had been, and figured once I got there they would drop a bomb on me... Boy was I wrong! I couldn't have asked for a better experience. 10 out of 10 rating from me... I 110% would recommend GAA Auto Sales, and the next time I need a new car, this will be my first place I go, hands down!
2014 Ford Transit Connect review
I've owned a 2010 Transit Connect since 2014 and it has been the best vehicle I've owned. I use it for work and haul a lot of movie production gear in it. Most of the time it stays half full and I drive it that way. It's been reliable and only needed standard maintenance, except for the transmission. I knew the transmission was a weak link when I bought it at 94,000 mis. It bit the dust at 120,000 mis. I had a rebuilt one installed and was assured that it'll be good for another 120,000 mis. I'm at 160,000 and it is still going strong.

2016 RAM ProMaster City review
Great little van for commercial use. The only drawbacks is only one armrest for the driver and not passenger seat, no cruise control on the commercial model and the A/C Fan does not have a high air flow on face and feet mode. The spare tire does not come with and can be added for an extra fee. Great Van otherwise.

2023 Ford E-Transit review
Excellent commercial van. This version only has the 120 mile distance range, but I never drive over 100 miles daily on my routes and it recharges easily overnight. Freaking fast van to be so heavy compared to my gas versions.
