Great car buying experience. Bryan Agostine was my salesman. Very professional and gave me a detailed explanation of everything I wanted to know. Financing was painless and we were able to come to terms quickly. If you’re in the market for a new ride I highly recommend Spitzer Hyundai Cleveland!

I had a routine maintenance appointment at Spitzer Ford in Cuyahoga Falls on Wed., Sep. 3 2025. Scott Gilmore advised me efficiently on the questions I had. He explained beyond one answer to a question which was very helpful. I appreciated his attention to detail. I will return in another 5000 miles. Rena Goss

Park FordReviews
Park Ford review
I would like to compliment the gentleman in the service department that, although I just came in for a 'The Works' oil change, etc., listened to my oddball story about a noise that started when I had to slam on the brakes when someone cut me off. What I needed to know was whether or not the sound was connected to anything important like the charging system, and not just a suspension or body bushing, which I could accept as something normal. This Maverick is just the right combination of 'utility' and ecology, and is wonderful.

Great experience all the way around. Was treated like a customer should be! Not like a credit score how the majority of card dealerships treat you, Todd was excellent , friendly, accurate, professional, very knowledgeable and went above and beyond. Glad to see that customer service still exist in these times. I will be back for my next car.. Highly Recommended. THANKS GODARD AUTO AND THANKS TODD

This is a surprisingly great vehicle to drive. The plastic trim parts are poorly executed and rattle, but it can't be beat for drivability. It's also much cheaper to service than my prior Mercedes Sprinter

Godard Auto Sales & Leasing Inc.Reviews
Godard Auto Sales & Leasing Inc. review
We had been looking for a long time for a good used car to make a long daily commute to and from work. It was frustrating trying to stay in budget! Many of the dealerships we were looking at either had high prices for cars with little to no repair or cleaning, or they DID take care of those things and had the higher sticker price to go with it. Godard had a great selection of really nice cars at really fair prices. What a breath of fresh air! Very laid-back atmosphere -- no high pressure sales. They are confident of what they are selling and the price they are asking, so no need for those tactics. A really nice establishment; comfortable, not flashy. The cars are nicely situated, easy to look at. They have the price displayed on each car (we started walking away from dealers who wouldn't do this). We have already put almost 200 miles on the car and haven't had any trouble. I am SO glad we finally found them!

Godard Auto Sales & Leasing Inc. review
I was very satisfied with our experience at Godard Auto Sales and am more than happy with my "new to me" car. If you do your homework you will find that they offer quality used cars at a very fair price. The sales experience was nothing like I was used to at a brand-based dealership, and am confident that we will come back when we are ready for another vehicle. We felt very comfortable at the dealership and the low pressure environment was fabulous.
2016 Ford Transit-350 review
We have six kids in this vehicle fits our family perfect. The gas mileage is better than you would expect. It definitely doesn’t ride like a luxury car. However why do you give up in some slight road noise you definitely make up for in convenience. It fits car seats well. And I’m 5 foot 11 and can easily move around inside.

Jovahn Lockhart was the sales person that assisted me in purchasing my 2025 Venue. Haley helped me find a great Deal on a new Buick. No add on sales pressure, handled getting paperwork ready, signed and drove out in less than 45 minutes. Also pleased at no hidden costs added like other dealers do, after the negotiated price. Price, Selection, Service, all great at Medina Buick GMC Cadillac.

Godard Auto Sales & Leasing Inc. review
I absolutely can't believe how helpful the entire staff is. We showed up under pressure to buy a car when the engine blew in the one we were driving. The salesmen greeted us in the parking lot and made us feel very welcome but not in a pushy way. They wanted us to walk the lot and feel free to drive any we thought would work with our budget. The finance department is wonderful. Our credit has taken a hit due to the economy but they were very helpful explaining things to us and helping us through what we found to be a horrible experience at other dealerships. I can't say enough about how friendly and helpful the staff is. Again, NOT in a pushy way; it felt genuine. We doubt we will ever purchase from another establishment since finding Godard Auto Sales! I would highly recommend them. K & K PS Really liked being able to look at the cars on the website (great way to save some time.)

Best large capacity vehicle ever, powerful agile drives more like a sports car than a Econoline. I would definitely recommend getting eco-boost though.

Mercedes-Benz of Hoffman Estates review
Jamie was great to work We had a less than great experience at a different Mercedes dealership after contacting Hoffman Estates he stepped up and found us the vehicle that we wanted and had it at the dealership in less than a week The rest of the team was just as great as well They made purchasing our first Mercedes the awesome experience it should be Thanks again to everyone at Hoffman Estates especially Jamie We will definitely return Thanks again Darin and Kay
