Lou Bachrodt Pompano Chevrolet review
From the moment I walked into the dealer, everyone was professional. However, my experience with my associate was great! Ann Marie took her time to help me find the ideal vehicle . She is very knowledgeable, and her communication was excellent. She was extremely patient throughout the process and ensured I was comfortable with my decision. If you're looking for a vehicle I would highly recommend Ann Marie for the best car sales experience!

AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Pembroke PinesReviews
AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Pembroke Pines review
I recently purchased a brand new Chrysler Voyager from Autonation Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Pembroke Pines and I was very happy with the service that my wife and I received. Firstly, the professionalism of our salesmen Leonardo was impeccable. He answered all our questions and he found the car we were looking for, all while answering a plethora of questions I had. Secondly, the team of Carlos and Orlan were key in getting the deal worked out including the financing, additional warranties and services that I expressly asked for. They really worked hard in making the deal happen in a short amount of time and even getting the minivan delivered to me at my location. All and all a great team. They care and want the best for their customers. I highly recommend Autonation Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Pembroke Pines.

Ford of KendallReviews
Ford of Kendall review
Here's a polished, professional version of your review that keeps the warmth and honesty of what you wanted to say: I had an outstanding experience with Daniel M. From the moment I arrived, he was knowledgeable, straightforward, honest, caring, and genuinely helpful. I had a long-distance trip coming up, and it was my first time visiting this location for an oil change and a few other maintenance concerns. Daniel took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure my vehicle was ready for the road. What really stood out was how much he genuinely cared. He didn't just focus on the service my car needed—he also gave me helpful advice about my new vehicle, showed me how to use the app so I could remotely start my car, and pointed out features and things to watch for that I never would have known on my own. He went above and beyond to make sure I left feeling confident and informed. Customer service like this is incredibly rare. Whether it's retail, the food industry, or any other customer-facing job, I honestly can't remember the last time someone provided this level of professionalism, kindness, and genuine care. Daniel made me feel like more than just another customer. If he's not already in a leadership role, he absolutely deserves one. At the very least, he deserves recognition and a raise. Employees like Daniel are the reason customers return and recommend a business to others. Thank you, Daniel, for making what could have been a stressful experience such a positive one. You truly set the standard for exceptional customer service. We made it home from an our trip and our vehicle did amazing. Our family has been so happy Thank You again. And we will see you soon for more services. Nina

I didn't purchase my vehicles here but I have a couple Chevys that I take there for servicing weekend needed. The service department there seems to be petty on point. Kudos to Stacy for great customer service.
2020 Ford Transit Connect review
Bought a brand new in 2019 Transit Connect, since then we only had to change the brakes and oil !!!! Love this van. Works fine for our company needs. The money that we saved on gas alone is priceless (27/28 MPG). I decided to write this now because this is the only Ford product that didn't disappoint us. Hopefully they start making this work horse again soon.

I love this van. The only thing wrong is that the A/C doesn't work. I notified my commercial rep, Andrew and he said to bring it in at my earliest convenience.
