From the time we walked in the door to when we left we had nothing but a great experience. I think the thing I liked the most was we weren't overwhelmed with salesman pressure. Our Salesman Shawn couldn't have done a better job. We went in to buy a Titian for me, then changed to a Frontier. My mind was set, then Ed Welsh, Sales Manager, mentioned the Rogue. Nah, not interested. He mentioned a few things about it and said just sit in it. WOW!!! This is definitely the one for me!!! I have never been excited about a car, even my Jaguar. Do you have a minute - I do - to commend and highly comment on your service writer - Jason Pierce. He has been my service writer for a number of years now with two Mercedes under my belt. He has made me a deliver in service at its best. He met me in the car aisle with a smile and we went over what the car required and how much it was going to cost. There is no surprises when you check out. The did the maintenance on my S560, and then found out that the 4 wheel alignment needed to be done, but that was completed in my estimation in record time. I was only there for a few hours and now my car runs and drives like new again. I am in love with my Mercedes and after years of driving other cars - this one is the best. Wish I could have done it earlier in my life. But back to Mr. Pierce - he is honest and very hardworking. Keeping you continuously in the loop on what needs attention and what doesn't. It's a pleasure to have him as my personal go-getter when it comes to my vehicle. I commend him and I hope you do too! Nice work Mr. Pierce!

Had to take my wife's car in for a warranty item, Met by a representative and taken to our service writer (Richard Webb) who could not have been any nicer he checked the car in and took us to the loaner desk where we received a car to use. I was told it should only take a day to fix, which it did and the complete repair was explained and corrected. Everything about the dealership is exceptional and would not hesitate to recommend!
