I haven't bought a car since 2008 and I have been waiting to buy the Bronco Sport which is a job in itself!!! So I was a little nervous after all the time. My salesman Russ walked me through the purchase with kid gloves. He patiently waited till I was completely comfortable with the terms and most of all never once made me fear of losing the car I wanted. Absolutely no pressure at all and this made my experience pleasant and most of all I grew to trust him like I have known him forever. I am a Real Estate Broker and I know what a Hard Sell is. He treated me as I would a first time homebuyer. Once I was ready came in Orlando to finish the deal. His humor and relationship with Russ made me feel comfortable and secure. Orlando did his job with explaining the Options and was never pushy and enjoyable to work with. The end process is what everyone warns you about. With Orlando he took what I wanted and listened to my concerns and made it work. No I did not buy them All but I took the ones that made since for me. Honestly a pleasure to work with these guys!!! Only four stars for financing/Buying Process as they lowballed my FJ Cruiser. Thats an emotional opinion :)

The maintenance required on my vehicle was handled very expediently and I was out the door in under an hour for my first scheduled maintenance. Buying and or leasing a car could be on my list of life's bad experiences but a necessity if you need transportation. Having a driver's licence of over 50 years tells you I've been through the dance many times. I'm taking the time to write this review because I had an easy go at it this week thanks to Luke Svanberg my salesman and Rachel Babbit who finalized the deal and is working on my trade in payoff including extended warranty refund.

Great Nimble Van!!! Go out and get yourself one!!! A bit pricey for a new one, but very peppy and great turning radius. Will be used for an adventure vehicle for the family after the upfitting is completed.

This is by far the best car buying experience I have ever had anywhere! This is my second Ram Van and the 2002 version is great its a v6 and i get great gas mileage i drive 200 miles a week and only have to go to the gas station once a week, i get compliments on how good it looks every where i go, it has great handling and it tows a trailer great i had a 1999 before this one and it wasnt as relible but this is probably the best purchase ive ever made
