I contacted this dealership out of state, I have always need skeptical about buying cars online. AJ my salesman put me at ease sending messages every day, updates throughout the process. Photos and videos of the vehicle I purchased. Very friendly and great customer service. I bought a 2019 Chevy Silverado 2500 from them it was in great condition in the photos and videos sent to me through text. When it arrived it had some scratches that weren’t on there because shipping but I contacted AJ and send him the photos of the damages and he sent me all the information needed to get it fixed up. I've owned a 2010 Transit Connect since 2014 and it has been the best vehicle I've owned. I use it for work and haul a lot of movie production gear in it. Most of the time it stays half full and I drive it that way. It's been reliable and only needed standard maintenance, except for the transmission. I knew the transmission was a weak link when I bought it at 94,000 mis. It bit the dust at 120,000 mis. I had a rebuilt one installed and was assured that it'll be good for another 120,000 mis. I'm at 160,000 and it is still going strong.

I contacted the dealership online on a SUNDAY (when they're closed) and Mia emailed me that same day. I went in that Monday, did a test drive with TIM (awesome guy) and left with my purchase. I did a trade-in, but forgot a few personals left in my old car. Contacted them once again, Mia said to come get the things I had left behind, so I went in and MAVERICK (another awesome guy) had took care of me as far as that.
