The staff could not have been better. They did not play games. they knew what they were talking about. They offered me more for my trade than 4 other St. Peters / West / South County Dealers included Lou Fusz, Bommarito and Sinclaire. They stayed late to get it done and even went to buy batteries for my remote. They also have the FOREVER warranty that is amazing bumper to bumper as long as you own the car. Totally worth the drive. These guys were so easy to work with. I wouldn't go anywhere else. They even have concierge service for free including bringing you a rental even for routine maintenance! You won't find a better deal, better people, or better service in St. Louis...maybe anywhere. Can not say how impressed I am with these folks. After weeks of car shopping they closed the deal with style! Thanks guys!
Completely blown away. After being jerked around for 4 days by multiple other dealerships and countless hours wasted I have finally been taken care of. I inquired about a Buick Lacrosse online and was immediately contacted by the online sales specialist Mark. I told Mark about my mistreatment at other places and my lack of hope. Mark asked me exactly what I wanted and monthly price. Mark didnt waste my time he was honest and asked ahead of time if my deal was even doable before I drove the 45 min drive to them. When I got there he wasted no time with my deal and went directly to Don the new car salesman. Don introduced himself and again asked me what deal I was seeking. He didn't hesitate or mess with me at all. Don looked me eye to eye and said I will get you that deal and put you in that Buick today. That's exactly what happened too. I got the exact car I wanted at the exact price. When all hope was gone Mark and Don from Jim Trenary stepped in and fixed me up. They got me out of my crappy Suntrup car and into a certified 2017 Buick Lacrosse. Thank you so much. A job well done gentlemen. You have my future business and my family's. I will be recommending you to all my coworkers and friends too.
Was in and out with my new truck in less than two hours. In that time we took three different trucks out for a test drive, was approved for our loan with a much better interest rate than we were anticipating and they processed our trade in with a very reasonable offer. We had a very rambunctious 2 year old with us as well as our 8 year old and they were very accommodating and understanding. They had Capri suns for the kids and turned on cartoons for them also. Out of our recent car buying experience this was the best by far! I hope we don’t need another vehicle soon but if we do this will be our first place to go. It was an hour drive but very worth it.
They have no-haggle pricing. Their asking price on the car I bought was $2,100 under low-end Kelley Blue Book. No head games to take the extras: e.g., extended warranty, insurance or VIN glass etching.
Once again, I had a great experience at St. Charles Nissan. I needed new tires and an oil change before Friday. I called on Wednesday morning and Al worked diligently to secure my hard to find wheels and had everything completed by Thursday evening. To top it off, they cleaned up my dirt car at no extra cost. I have often said, "service is the other thing that can beat Wal-Mart." Thanks to the entire team for your excellent customer service. Harlan

The service and attention to my needs were way above and beyond the normal car buying experience. The sales person --Matt Sanders-- was Amazing. I set the appointment up with him for my elderly parents, 81 & 75 yrs . I explained prior what they were looking for. He was so understanding and patient with my parents . Just Amazing service hands down . I'm 57 and was the best car buying experience of my life, My parents said the same thing. Between us 3 , we are talking about 40+ car buying experiences. So I can tell you , if you shopping for a new car, Matt Sanders at St. Charles Nissan is the one you want. This is not normal for me to even fill out review, much less a review with such praise. Take it for what it's worth. Ask for Matt Sanders and you also will find yourself wanting to praise the service you receive.
Great experience at Carmax at Mid Rivers in St. Louis. We were looking for a low mileage 2014 Toyota RAV4 and we found the SUV we wanted on the lot. In total it was the fastest we have been in and out of a dealership after buying the SUV.
I was looking at buying a 2014 Toyota Corolla and Willie was the 1st person I talked to at the dealership. There was absolutely no pressure from the start of the conversation to even buy the vehicle. Before we even talked about anything sales wise he recommended that I take a look at the car and test drive it before anything to make sure it was everything I wanted. Even during the test drive, we didn't talk about buying the car, it was just a normal conversion. After test driving the vehicle I needed to think about it and even then Willie never tried to keep me at the dealership to try and buy the car. He followed up with me a few days later to see how everything was going and even put the car on hold for me so no one else would take it/buy it.
I ended up not buying the vehicle this time, after thinking about it for a few days. The customer service I received and the atmosphere that, i'd have to say Willie created, was Fantastic and would highly recommend asking for him if you are looking for a car.
I couldn't be more satisfied with the service I received, and will be going back to him towards the end of the year to then purchase a vehicle.

My deal on a new car started on the internet looking at cars.com. Then Kyle Greer called me from Jim Trenary chevy when i inquired about one new corvette. I told him what i was looking for, what i was willing to pay and how much i wanted for my tradein. I sent pictures of my trade in and we negotiated with a couple of phone calls that ended up within 1000$ of my original offer. I picked up my new vette 2 days later. The purchase process went smooth a no surprises. Everyone at the dealership was professional and a pleasure to deal with.
I had a good experience while purchasing my 2013 GMC Yukon XL. We got a great deal and a good loan package. If you're in the market for a used car, give Mike Kaufman a call. He was a pleasure to work with and obviously enjoys his job. Just one suggestion - the customer lobby could use a popcorn machine. :-) This seems to be a popular addition to a lot of other dealerships.
I've never taken the time to write a review on a car buying experience, but I HAD to after going to Andrew with Behlmann's Carnection in St. Peters, MO . Most satisfying car buying experience that I have ever had. I've never felt as at ease as I felt buying a car from Andrew. He was very patient, knowledgeable and beyond helpful. Better yet, I was not there ALL day. Everyone else at the dealership was extremely pleasant as well. I just can't say how much I loved this experience, and would recommend them to anyone. Because I live in Illinois, it was about an hour drive for me but I would happily do it again. Thank you Andrew for being so wonderful to work with.
We have previously purchased our other vehicles elsewhere. We had a Ford Fusion that had two different recalls on it and we took it to Pudmann for service. Their service department was excellent and because of that we went to purchase a new vehicle through them. We have never had as positive of an experience as we have with Pudmann Ford. Our salesperson, Elliot was fantastic. The finance man Bill, excellent too. They made the experience so smooth and easy. Every interaction we have had with anyone at this dealership has been great! Would highly recommend this dealership to anyone and recommend them seeing Elliot. You will be pleased.
