2025 Chevrolet Equinox review
I love my Chevy Equinox. It's so much easier to shift than my previous 2024 GMC. I hated having to reach over to pull levers in the middle of the GMC. My new car shift lever is right in front of my eyes and so much safer. I love the "real" rearview mirror. It took a little time to get used to it, but it helps so much to see everything near and far. The adaptive cruise works great. I don't have to step on the brake and re-set whenever the vehicle in front of me slows. One doesn't realize how nice that is until you're on the highway for any length of time. I think a woman must have designed this vehicle! No wonder it's perfect!

This place is amazing! They have so many cars to choose from. Plus they have an exotics lane which is really cool, they have everything from a Benz to a Porsche! The whole buying process is very quick, I bought my car in two hours and drove home. In comparison to the Mercedes of Stevens Creek, which literally took me 8 hours to buy after I picked out my car. The only knock is the service department, which doesn’t do paint repair for scratches, even though they told me that the scratches on my car would be fixed, they only used touch up paint, which looks like I did it myself and not professionally done like I wanted. But it was a used car, so no big deal. Overall I highly recommend!

My husband and I are long time Kia Sorento owners. We've been leasing them for over 12 yrs! We absolutely LOVE them. In all those 12+ years, we've leased every single one of them from Capitol Kia in San Jose because we're just loyal like that but after our last deal with them we felt like the loyalty just wasnt being reciprocated. First off, when we walked in we were greeted at the desk by Naseem, the nicest, smiliest, guy which we initially thought was the receptionist but he turned out to be our salesman who was beyond amazing!! Since this was our 5th Kia, we knew exactly what we wanted and the deal we were looking for which we knew might be a tough negotiation but after explaining what we needed to Naseem, he went to his colleagues, Amir, who is the dealerships awesome manager and Shah, the fantastic general manager, who both were so cool about making sure we got the deal we needed and literally made the whole thing happen in less than an hour!!! We had to leave to pick our son up from school and by the time we got back they had our new 2025 Sorento XLine Series, washed, cleaned and ready to go!! This was the easiest and most pain free car buying experience we've ever had and the best part was just how welcoming, friendly and positive they were that we had come to the right place to sign another lease with KIA!! We would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a new KIA in the entire Bay Area, even if you live all the way in San Jose, it's worth the drive to Dublin!! I love this vehicle I had a 2019 and recently upgraded to this model and Chevy didn’t disappoint although there was some features I forgot to mention to my salesperson and that was my fault but overall this is a smooth ride over the road which is why I love it!!

2025 Chevrolet Equinox review
The 2025 Equinox is a good solid SUV. My only complaint is it has electronic problems. Every time I take it in the dealer says that no codes can be found? It starts by itself! The engine surges when you are stopped at a light or stop sign, in the past month it surges as you apply the breaks to stop. Happens randomly, You never know when it will happen. Compass has quite working, speed zone indicator has gone out and the message that tells you that your phone is in the charger has disappeared! Other than the above issues the 2025 Equinox is great. 😊

After having an unpleasant experience dealing with another local Chevy dealership, I was more than impressed with Anthony D' Amore. He was extremely friendly, personable, an overall joy to interact with. His exemplary customer service was displayed in two major ways: 1. When I was getting checked in with him, I received a notification of my doctors appointment, that I totally forgot I had in one hour. Since my car's service was not going to be done in time, he arranged one of his team members to give me a ride right away so I did not miss the appointment. 2. When we were troubleshooting why my rear TV's were not working correctly he was able to help me figure out the cables I had might be the issue. He even went all over the dealership trying to track down something that would interface/fix the issue. He also made the recommendation as to the correct cables I should buy, and assisted me with that purchase. On top of that, he followed up with me a couple days later to check in. During that call, he even offered to bring his own set up into the dealership to further troubleshoot this issue. Anthony's friendly demeanor, professionalism, and AMAZING customer services will be bringing me back to Concord Chevy for any and all services and/or purchases going forward!!! I will be recommending him and Concord Chevy to anyone I know in need of services and/or car purchases!!! AWESOME job Anthony!!!

Great buying experience...I purchased a used car from the Stockton CA location, they had a good inventory of cars to choose from and the Sales person Nick Sotelo was well informed and made the buying experience go very smooth, the whole process took about a hour and a half unlike the bigger car dealerships where it can take hours. Hertz certifies their cars and they offer the programs as other larger dealerships, I would definitely recommend them to anyone I know looking to purchase a car and will return myself the next time I am in the market for a new car.

Managers Miguel and Guillermo helped get me the most out of my finance goals. The finance manager Adriana I didn’t not expect to see until the very end. I spoke to at the beginning and she gave me the complete OTD price breakdown at the beginning which was the same when I arrived which was the same at the end. No hidden or surprise add ons or mark ups. They are all stand up individuals. Worked with 10-20 people in past few weeks at other deals, had bad experience with most of them.
