I bought a Ford Escape today from the Bridgeport dealership. I hopefully got everyone???s name right, because I couldn???t thank them more. All of their cars look brand new at great prices. They did everything they could to help me.
Tom Brown is awesome! I had a trade in and got a great price for my car and found this beautiful 2018 fully loaded GMC. Tom and Kevin who handled the financing made it all super easy and helped me out in anyway they could. I never thought buying a car would be so simple!
So happy I stopped by the dealership. I was so stressed out, hunting for a new car and even with terrible credit they helped me find a car. All the cars at the lot are nice and clean and priced well. I am so thankful to have something reliable for my son and not to mention how pretty it is! Thank you guys so much!

Nice experience. We bought new Encore from Bob Sekora. He listened to what we had to say and accurately presented and reviewed what was available from stock and available within a day or two. Everything up-front. No suddenly appearing costs, surcharges or pressure and he made sure we felt comfortable with the car before leaving the dealership.
The team at Washington Chevrolet did an exceptional job of making the entire purchase process as enjoyable as possible. Kevin Koepple did a fantastic job of helping me select the exact vehicle that I was looking for, he made me feel at home throughout the whole process. Kevin is a great salesman, more importantly, he is a great guy and a new friend.

Excellent! In for an oil change and a wiper motor problem. Oil changed, wiper motor replaced and 2 recalls taken care in less than 1 1/2 hours WITHOUT an appointment. Cost was ZERO and they washed the truck for me. Try getting that kind of service anywhere on any brand.
Primarily dealt with Ms. Ribel in the Service Dept. at Washington Chevrolet Dealership and she was very helpful and very pleasant to deal with. Definitely a great employee to have. The service was great but was very disappointed to find out that most Chevy Dealers and Tire Dealers do not keep run flat tires in stock that fit 2017 Corvettes, very disappointed to find this out. This resulted in a delay of our trip and us having to wait 4 days to get a tire replaced and having to pay for car rental in lieu of receiving a loaner car from Chevy dealer. Was also disappointed in the Tire & Wheel Road Hazard Program that we purchased. Seems they are only open Monday through Friday and in our situation the flat occurred on a Saturday and became somewhat frustrating in getting a Tow Truck and tire replaced as noted above. I recommend that Dealers be required to maintain a set of tires in inventory so that tires can be replaced quickly and the customer can be back on the road quickly, if they do not have them in stock a loaner vehicle should be provide at no cost to the customer.
