I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After 2 days they gave us a car to drive. Has to figure out what was wrong, order parts. Had the car Monday morning to Friday afternoon. New car only have had since April. Were told it would be clean and have fuel in it. Was clean but told ???you will have to get gas!??? Fuel light was on when I got in. Was not happy at all with the overall way thru handled the situation!!!!
Blaine was very helpful and was not pushy at all. He took his time to explain everything and did not rush me in the slightest. He applied all possible discounts for me to give the best possible price. Conor was quick and got me out of there with no confusion. Highly recommend this dealership. They were very easy to work with and very professional. Blaine was a great person to help us with the buying process. We were able to take our time and finalize everything in a couple days upon our request. He was not a pushy sales person which was awesome. Not always easy having two little kids, but they made the process amazing!! There was two small scratches on vehicle and they had it taken care of and fixed before we picked the vehicle up. Will go back in the future.
Ultimately I did not end up purchasing the vehicle that I spent a lot of time looking at, but I thought it worthwhile to write a review of my experience. My first contact was Blaine, the Sales Manager. He was incredibly nice and had his consultant Cody call me with all the information I requested. Cody was knowledgable and what he didn't know he tried to find out for me. There was no pressure and I would not hesitate to send someone there who was looking for a preowned vehicle. They had a very nice selection of cars.
We have confidence in the team of people who keep our Toyota???s in hood condition. Their reminders help us stay up to date with maintenance. Explanations nd print-outs of performed service are thorough.
I drove down from Metro Detroit to check out a 2012 Subaru Outback. Having had a local family member check out the car beforehand, I was impressed with what I saw. Fitz was very accommodating and let me take my time with the test drive, getting the car inspected by a mechanic of my choice, and even taking it to grab lunch after a long morning. Negotiating was very straightforward and I never felt like I was being taken advantage of or given the run-around, which is something I have experienced at other dealers. Fitz even helped me move all of the junk in my trade-in's trunk to the new vehicle! My only complaint was that the detail job and wash done before hand left some mud and gunk under the vehicle, but overall I was very happy to have purchased my new vehicle at Yark.
Dave went above and beyond to get the truck I purchased ready by staying late and making my pick-up go smoothly even on his day off. He had everything in order for a smooth and effortless pick-up of my new truck!!
This dealership had the exact model I was looking for. Made the long 78 mile drive to their facility. Worth every minute of the drive. Madilynn was an excellent salesperson. The buying process was a bit drawn out with lots of back and forth about the selling price of the Jetta and the trade value of my vehicle. Eventually, we reached a deal that worked for both of us. Overall, I was pleased with my experience. I would recommend this dealership to a friend.
We have been buying from John for years. He has made our experience with Grogan a pleasure and will not purchase anywhere else. The accounting department was ready for us when we came in and made things quick. We have never experienced any issues and don???t intend to based on the level of service Grogans employees provide. They are excellent. I did have the issue start back up a week later. It is a computer type issue so hopefully they will be able to get it fixed. They always keep me posted on anything they run into and my car is always ready when I arrive to pick it up.
