It took a week to get the car transferred ( in State)
I paid cash and it still took 4 hrs.
When it came time to sell them my used car, they said there was a prob. ( according to Auto check) I spent two weeks to clear a title that said totaled . After many , many phone calls, I find out they were interpreting "Caleteral damage,car repaired, claim paid" as totaled. Even when I got a letter from the insurer stating it wasn't totaled, they refused to budge. I'm so frustrated! They want to offer me 1/5 what my car is worth. I can't deal with these people!! If it hadn't dragged out for two weeks, I would take the newly purchased vehicle back. Lesson learned!!!!
The customer service was great. They were tactful about time and was courteous about getting my car back to me. The atmosphere was clean and pleasant. Kia of Jackson have my Business, they took care of me!!!!!
First off I hate shopping & the thought of buying a vehicle made me sick & complete dread! I started by going online to local dealers to see what was on the lots, I can’t stand haggling & I knew what I wanted to spend. Went to Perkins & wasn’t surrounded by vultures, laid back experience & such an easy process. Sean was great to work with!!
I’ll return to this lot every time I have to purchase. Hoping my new one last me another 10 years :)

I had been shopping for a new car for months. Figured out I wanted a Kia Soul. Tried to negotiate a deal closer to home with no luck. I was able to find my car on line and made the deal by phone. Cody was very easy to work with and was able to deliver my car to me. I was very impressed with Serra of Jackson!
Hey give a shout out here to Jones Chevrolet and the people who work there specially a wonderful woman Pricilla, put it on Facebook shared a car that I fell in love with basically bought it over the phone and told her that I wanted it and she gave me more pictures on line and all I can say i went down when I got off work and the people there or just awesome go down and see them come out with the vehicle of your choice y'all all have a wonderful wonderful day because I did !!
My husband bought me a 2018 Ford Fusion on February 14th. He said this was the by the far the easiest car buying experience he has ever had. He also said he was impressed with his salesman it was raining and he came out in the rain and helped him find vehicle. I did not end up buying a car from here ONLY because i ended up chosing a different one they did not have it stock. But the attention and time that Leon in sales gave me prompted me to write this. He took time out to keep checking up on me and helping me. I wish they would have had the car i bought just so he got the credit!
I am a75 yr old senior on a fixed income. I cannot say enough good things about Boliver Ford in 25 words or less. They sold me a good used vehicle and when it broke down on the way home they paid for all repairs. Thanks to Shane Pattyson, sales Brian Davis, Sales manager, and Dameon Nowlin, managing partner, we now have a work truck to help supplement our income. Who does business like this these days? Just good honest people like Boliver ford I guess.
This was my first time to buy a truck online. Brittney and Chris made my low pressure buying experience so easy. I was treated with respect and dignity throughout the the whole experience. I hate car shopping! This experience has change that. I never walked on to the lot. I bought it online and over the phone. and they brought it to my driveway. What a perfect way to buy a truck. Britney was the perfect sales person and Chris was the perfect sales manager. I will be telling all of my family and friends about this purchase and about this dealership.
Never have bought a car from 300 miles away. Let alone from a used car dealer. (You know the stereo type¿). Made the deal over the phone. Haggled and haggled. (I'm not a easy sale). Tony and Joe went out of their way to make the process feel comfortable. No pressuring or pushing. Drove down to pick up Firebird Tony had donuts and coffee ready . Could not have been more pleased with the whole process. ¿¿¿
Wasn't looking to buy, but the deal was just to good to pass up. The staff never pressured for the sale, they just gave me the facts and worked with me diligently to work out the deal I needed. Our daughter and several friends have bought from Serra Jackson, and if the need arises, I will return. They were nice, friendly, and very helpful. AND BTW - I love the new ride.
