2013 Chevrolet Impala review
Doesn't look great on the exterior honestly, but it definitely can when you get the higher trims. However, the interior is spacious and has comfortable seating, simple controls and amazing sound quality for your music. I got one with the column shifter and double bench seat, which is really nice when you need to squeeze all your buddies in the car. The Camaro derived V6 is punchy, full of life and lets the car rip to your hearts desire. Still, I average about 34 mpg when I drive, so it's quite fuel efficient, especially for a large American car! Also has a massive trunk to fit more stuff in. I simply wish there was more aftermarket support for modifications.

If you need a new vehicle, RUN.... don't walk to Stinnett... because they will put you in it! For the last 20 years, we had used the same dealership in Murfreesboro, so when it came time to look for a new car, of course that was the route we took. But after searching inventory and the salesman we had always dealt with no longer being there, we decided to branch out and look at other dealerships, as scary as that was. When we inquired about our (now) 2026 Buick Encore GX Avenir, the dealership was so quick to answer any and all questions we had. We first spoke with the sales manager, Scott... who was very knowledgeable and kind and then ended up working with his son, Cole. Cole was an absolute joy and breath of fresh air to work with! He never once pushed us in a direction we were uncomfortable with, gave us a GREAT deal and made sure we were comfortable with the financing terms. We had driven almost two hours to get to the dealership and Cole kept in touch with us the morning we traveled there and had the car detailed and waiting on us to test drive it, not even knowing for sure if we would buy it or not. He was kind, professional and honestly.. this was the fastest, easiest and BEST experience we have ever had buying a new car. They made sure we got all the possible discounts we could, even giving a dealership discount of $1500, a GREAT deal on our trade in, filled our tank with gas and even gave us keychains and a customized bag to put everything from our old vehicle in. Such a nice touch! Cole even got inside the car with us and added both our phones to the Android Auto set up in the car and went through the welcome call with OnStar with us. He left nothing to chance with making sure we were taken care of. I am so thankful that we found Stinnett and if the day comes that we need another car, we will not hesitate to come back to this awesome dealership!

People sometimes forget how important it is to have a trusted local mechanic and service team that truly knows your vehicle and will actually fight to get problems solved correctly. Everyone needs people like that in their corner. I want to recognize the team at Jeep Santa Monica, including Zachary, Head of Service, Meech, my service representative, and Jesus, the miracle-worker mechanic behind the scenes, who ultimately tracked down and solved a very difficult fuel-to-air ratio problem with my Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk. I've been bringing my Jeep there for a couple of years now, and I can honestly say the service experience has improved fourfold. Communication, follow-through, professionalism, and willingness to stay with a difficult problem until it is actually solved have all noticeably improved. What started as an intermittent drivability issue ultimately turned into a major repair involving replacement of all six fuel injectors, along with additional diagnostic and repair work. Modern vehicles are incredibly complicated today, and intermittent air-fuel balance problems can be extremely difficult to isolate. Instead of taking shortcuts or repeatedly clearing codes, the team kept digging until they identified the root cause. , What impressed me most was that they also went to bat for me directly with Mopar Flex Care Extended Warranty (highly recommend getting this to have Mopar guaranteed service for 80 bucks a month) and were able to get the repairs fully covered, which was a huge relief considering the scale of the work involved. Yes, the process took time, and having my vehicle down for over a week was stressful. But in the end, I genuinely felt like the dealership cared about resolving the issue properly rather than simply moving the vehicle through the system.
