#1 Cochran Lot 1 RobinsonReviews
#1 Cochran Lot 1 Robinson review
My experience at Lot#1 Robinson location of #1 Cochran was simple and quick. I walked the oot for about 5 minutes before I was approached by a Salesperson. This afforded me an opportunity to examine the 2 vehicles that I was interested in without any pressure or interference! The Salesperson was complimentary and almost apologetic about the condition of the cars, which explained the great price posted online. The issues were mostly cosmetic ( peeling clear coat) and foreign sealant surrounding the rear tire wells and panels. Pictures provided online were okay but perhaps a more realistic depiction of problem areas would have been useful.

While we ultimately did not get a car there( not do to lack of choice or cleanliness) we were going back next day because we ran out of time lol. On the way back we ran into the perfect car. Nate was awesome pulling vehicles and their no pressure sales makes it a place I will look again. Prices, inventory and cleanliness were refreshing.

Smoky Jennings Chevrolet, Inc.Reviews
Smoky Jennings Chevrolet, Inc. review
Smoky Jennings in Palmyra has phenomenal customer service. I went in for an oil change and was told the 4th oil change was free. I was shocked but pleased and when they brought my car around it had just been washed. Wow-I was impressed with their customer service. They continually exceed my expectations!!! Amazing employees and service!!!! As a side note, the woman I met while waiting was from Godfrey which is approximately 50 minutes away and she ALWAYS comes to Smoky Jennings because of the great service!!! We both appreciate great customer service and I know I'll will definitely buy my next vehicle there!!!

Eco Auto SalesReviews
Eco Auto Sales review
I had a really good experience buying my car from Eco Auto Sales. The staff was friendly, straightforward, and easy to work with. I never felt pressured, which made the whole process a lot less stressful. They were honest about the car’s condition and history, and everything matched up with what was listed online. The car has been running great, and I feel like I got a fair deal. Overall, it was a smooth and positive experience—I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a used car.
