Elkins ChevroletReviews
Elkins Chevrolet review
Mike B at Elkins Chevrolet is the sole reason for this review. From start to finish, Mike worked closely with me to get a complicated transmission warranty situation resolved. He was consistently communicative, transparent, and straightforward about every step of the process, which made this complex and stressful situation much easier to deal with. He kept me informed, answered my questions, and was GENUINELY invested in getting the situation handled correctly. Due to my experience with Mike, I will not take my truck anywhere else moving forward. Not even back to the dealership where I originally purchased it. Mike earned my trust and respect. I highly recommend asking to work with him if you need service at Elkins Chevrolet.
2014 Chevrolet Impala review
Bought new in January 2014. So far it's been a reliable car. It's been back to the shop twice in almost 11 years for a leaking transmission line & a emission issue. Other than two recalls it's been good. Of course, I'm only at 67,676 miles. Oh, I forgot I had to replace the front two struts. When it was wet outside while turning I would get some vibration. Dealer had a TSB on it, the cost was 1,500 dollars. But overall the car has been fairly reliable. It's been quiet, roomy, comfortable and has decent power.

2015 Chevrolet Impala review
This car is very comfortable with great leg room front & back. The trunk is enormous as well, which I find awesome when traveling with my family & friends. Also, it’s great on gas and the speed is easy you don’t even realize your doing 80 mph because it glides and handle curves so easy!

Just purchased an alfa romeo stelvio from Staden auto this is the 2nd vehiclei i purchased from them in the last 10 months their vehicles are well maintained and detailed plus 99% of the vehicles come with a 3 or 4 month warranty in turn made me feel more assured compared too buying a vehicle from a private owner ...the buying process was amazingly effortless..Dmitri and Dennis are a pleasure too work with even after the purchase they would check in with me too see how i was enjoying the vehicle..looking forward too continue to business with them..you won't be disappointed shopping for a vehicle here

2014 Chevrolet Impala review
This is a great car but after 3 years I started having problems with the stability track, I would standing still at a light or making a turn and it would stall and even loose power, this is very frightening, I took it to the dealer who charged with $2000 to fix it and less that one year it is doing it again

Conicelli Toyota of Springfield review
I will love to thank all the employees of the Springfield Toyota at 860 Baltimore Pike for their Spirit and joy of helping people in their greatest needs. My love for their kindness is overwhelming..My birthday is this month and I wanted a new car and I got the love and professionalism from these great guys.Anthony who I considered the bomb.com(Awesome),A young man who's name I know is spelled incorrectly pls forgive me Yuseef who is in training u wouldn't believe it.He told me things when we're test driving sounds like he has bn there for years. He has only bn there a few weeks.Great Job.In the finance consultant very young man with skills of his profession name Kyle he explained all things bout the vehicle I purchased in details. And the employee Teddy remember me where I had purchased my truck prior years. And Mr.Tim big boss gave me a great deal on my old truck and new car. Above and Beyond employees in that company.Everyone greets with a smile and hand shake .I personally gave hugs and they were given back freely. So to all and everyone just stop in look around and the warmth from the employees when you go to get a vehicle. I Personally bn talking about them since last Saturday, am Blessed and Grateful. Thank you Toyota Family

East Coast Autoz review
I bought a car from here a little over 3 years ago, and now that it's been long enough I definitely need to leave a review. I got a 2015 Dodge Durango that came straight from an auction (I was very sketchy but she was pretty and drove like new) . I had one expensive issue that was immediately fixed under warranty and all I had to pay was the deductible. Since then, I have put 70,000 miles on the SUV, driven to Florida and back twice along with Georgia and back, and when I tell you I have had NO issues, I mean I am still just as in love with her as I was when I originally bought her. Anytime anyone asks me about a used car dealership, this is where I always refer them too. My income was low, my credit was average, but they still worked with me and I left extremely happy.
2017 Chevrolet Impala review
I've owned Chevy Impala's for many years. Had one with a 3.9 motor that was running like new with 179,000 miles on it,till someone hit. Next one had a 3.5 motor and it ran amazing. But I been looking for a very very long time for this Impala and found one,so I grabbed it. The 3.5 I had before this one had 150,000 miles ran perfect. The one has the 3.6 motor. Hope it works out the same. Love it

2007 Chevrolet Impala review
This vehicle 4.1 engine is still going strong with over 390 thousand miles on it. I do change the oil when it is time on it. And replace parts when issues arise. But even with 390 some thousand miles on it would be comfortable driving it across the united states right now. So you decide, is it worth it?

All I can say so far is he called me back and gave me the information I needed and we’re going down Monday to see the car so I haven’t really dealt with him yet
2008 Chevrolet Impala review
I inherited this car when it had 118,000 miles on it. It now has 348,500 miles and shows no signs of stopping anytime soon. While I have replaced several parts, nothing was out of the ordinary and all due to normal wear and tear. Otherwise, I have kept up routine maintenance which is key no matter what you drive if you want a car to last. The only gripe I have is the blind spot. Since there is no warning light regarding cars at your side, I always look in the side mirror and turn my head to make sure no one is in the lane next to me before I switch. Low and behold, I still somehow miss seeing a car on occasion and have had a few close calls but thankfully no accidents.

I would buy one and did in 2017 and it's been one of the best vehicles I have owned. I still get a lot of compliments on how nice it looks. It's pearl white with 20-inch wheels and they set it off. Sadly, they quit making it as they just got it perfect and then stopped. My buddy is still kicking himself for not buying the last model year they were built. I still have people wanting to buy it off me.

I recently purchased a 2018 VW Beetle Convertible. I ran a CarFax on the vehicle for my own peace of mind. It was mint condition with very low miles. My salesman was Hugh. He was great. I test drove the car on a Friday, filled everything out on line, was approved for my loan, came back on Monday and purchased the vehicle using the express checkout. My local VW dealership checked out the vehicle and it was perfect. Thanks CarMax.

Dmitry was very friendly from the start and by that I mean not pushy which could be a turn off. He explained all the details of the car we were interested in. Very patient, he stayed with us the whole process of purchasing the vehicle. I really enjoyed working with him and would definately come back if ever I needed another vehicle. You're the best Dmitry. Thanks for everything.

This is the second car I have purchased from Arrow in 8 months. The first time I dealt with Sandro, and most recently with Angel. They make the process stress-free. They are professional, knowledgeable, and very accommodating. I will continue returning to Arrow!

2018 Chevrolet Impala review
We bought a new 2018 Impala over the Cadillac Test drove both. Impala had more interior leg and head room. My opinion their was not much of a difference in the ride or handling between them to have us spend 50K on Cadillac. Overall the Impala is a great ride plenty of power with the V6. MPG average around 27 to 33 I Highly recommend this car

My daughter got a 2011 Toyota Corolla here. And besides the braking system being the biggest issues with this yr and model. The car hasn't hiccup once. I plan on going and doing business with them soon myself.

2007 Chevrolet Impala review
Bought this car used just over one year ago. I've put brakes all around, and a few oil changes. Car needs virtually no maintenance, even at 255,000 miles and going. Great value for me. Mpg, interior, and handling are nothing to write home about, but everything on the car works as it should. Highly recommend for a functional, reliable car. Maintenance is everything

I have been dealing with Russ for over 25yrs and he has always done me right. Yes he has best up cars but they are cars that anyone can afford and he also has very nice cars so it just depends on what your price range is. I have bought 1k cars and 5k cars from him and he has also bought cars from me like my 86 Buick grand national and 90 vett and mustangs and bmws. He will buy and or trade ya. Go talk to Russ and tell him Jim and Gigi sent ya.

Very dependable car and comfortable , we’ve had the car since 2010 and it still runs great. We did the obvious suspension shocks were worn out. Changed rack in pinion and a tune up but overall it’s been a great car. Car has 170.000 miles on it .
