I bought my 2020 Premier in December, 2019. I have owned Impalas since 2000 and buy a new one every 3 years. They are reliable and comfortable and I love big cars. This one does not disappoint. I also have a 2018 Premier with 40K miles and it has no issues. Had to replace all 4 tires at 20K miles which I thought was premature. Other than that the car/s have performed perfectly. Too bad Chevy cut the brand. Now everyone is buying SUVs but I don't like them and would never buy one. Ditto for electric cars - they are not yet ready for prime time.

I've owned Chevy Impala's for many years. Had one with a 3.9 motor that was running like new with 179,000 miles on it,till someone hit. Next one had a 3.5 motor and it ran amazing. But I been looking for a very very long time for this Impala and found one,so I grabbed it. The 3.5 I had before this one had 150,000 miles ran perfect. The one has the 3.6 motor. Hope it works out the same. Love it

Bought new in January 2014. So far it's been a reliable car. It's been back to the shop twice in almost 11 years for a leaking transmission line & a emission issue. Other than two recalls it's been good. Of course, I'm only at 67,676 miles. Oh, I forgot I had to replace the front two struts. When it was wet outside while turning I would get some vibration. Dealer had a TSB on it, the cost was 1,500 dollars. But overall the car has been fairly reliable. It's been quiet, roomy, comfortable and has decent power.

The car meet all my needs always wanted a car with a sunroof and leather seats so it meets all my desires. I enjoyed the test drive and the ride home was really comfortable, nice traction on road nice sounds very enjoyable ride.

What a great experience! I was searching for a specific car for about 2 months with the options I wanted. I came across Eagle Automotives on my search and emailed my interest. The next day Guillermo, the owner/manager reached out to me and went over the car in full detail over the phone. The car was exactly what I wanted so I made the 4.5 hour trip from western PA to Virginia. When I got there, him and his mechanic were super nice and friendly. We chatted about cars for a bit, then they handed me the keys for a test drive and that was it. I was SOLD! I think it only took about 15 minutes of paperwork and I was on my way back home. The (final?) 2020 Chevrolet Impala is overall, a thumbs-up! No vehicle is "perfect", but this solid, AMERICAN sedan is of high-quality...I refuse to go foreign! The standard headlights are sub-par, not good. And a CD player should have been included across the board... However, every other tangible about this CAR (not fake SUV!) is first-rate, sporty handling and fine comfort. BIG "marketing" mistake on the part of GM! Surrender to foreign interests, NOT good! But the car is a fantastic overall value! A "sleeper" that WILL be more appreciated in the future... Mine (2020 LT) in the brite Alpine white is a classy, slick, and very-cool ride!

I inherited this car when it had 118,000 miles on it. It now has 348,500 miles and shows no signs of stopping anytime soon. While I have replaced several parts, nothing was out of the ordinary and all due to normal wear and tear. Otherwise, I have kept up routine maintenance which is key no matter what you drive if you want a car to last. The only gripe I have is the blind spot. Since there is no warning light regarding cars at your side, I always look in the side mirror and turn my head to make sure no one is in the lane next to me before I switch. Low and behold, I still somehow miss seeing a car on occasion and have had a few close calls but thankfully no accidents.

Really nice car I love the interior and how it drives it drives really smooth like if your gliding runs great doesn’t waste that much gas the back is really spacious one thing I really like about it engine is great and quiet sometimes doesn’t even seem like its on

This car is very comfortable with great leg room front & back. The trunk is enormous as well, which I find awesome when traveling with my family & friends. Also, it’s great on gas and the speed is easy you don’t even realize your doing 80 mph because it glides and handle curves so easy!

I would buy one and did in 2017 and it's been one of the best vehicles I have owned. I still get a lot of compliments on how nice it looks. It's pearl white with 20-inch wheels and they set it off. Sadly, they quit making it as they just got it perfect and then stopped. My buddy is still kicking himself for not buying the last model year they were built. I still have people wanting to buy it off me.

We bought a new 2018 Impala over the Cadillac Test drove both. Impala had more interior leg and head room. My opinion their was not much of a difference in the ride or handling between them to have us spend 50K on Cadillac. Overall the Impala is a great ride plenty of power with the V6. MPG average around 27 to 33 I Highly recommend this car

I have had my impala for 6 years now and it has been a great first car for me. It fits everything I need when I take it to and from college and it’s always up for the road trip. I love how comfortable it is and it drives incredibly smooth. Sometimes I have to crank it a few times and give it a little gas to get it to stay running, especially when it’s hot out but other than that it has been a very reliable car for me! I will miss my impala whenever I decide to upgrade to a new car.
