I bought my current Tahoe from this dealership. I have been taking my vehicles here for years. My earliest experience was with Lee, at the time the service manager. He took care of my problems, explained in detail work I needed and always did it in a sincere personal way. I trusted him, his judgement and I trust the dealership. I now work wit Tony, who has continued providing this honest, down home service. Best dealership I have ever worked with.
Having more trouble with the car than expected. I feel that I paid too much for the car to realize the problems I have experienced with ownership. Every time, I get my car serviced, technicians inflate my tires to 32psi. My car requires 35psi according to the label in the door. I have expressed this issue twice to maintenance, but unless I remind them they fill the car to 32psi. Nothing personal to the dealership or it's personnel, but I am really dissatisfied with the vehicle and the customer service I have received. My mother always said, "if you can't say something nice, don't say anything". This advice has not been working for me concerning this vehicle and the dealership. Usually, I do not respond or give excellent marks on these surveys, but my experience with this vehicle and dealership is absolutely frustrating. I have been a faithful GM customer for my last 5 new vehicle purchases. I am afraid, I will start considering foreign cars in future vehicle purchase decisions and would get rid of the XTS tomorrow if I could without further loss.
Been shopping for over a month trying to find a good Diesel truck. Looked at junk ALL month. Finally, I came across this truck at Inline Auto. Met all my expectations. The truck was well taken care of. No rust much to our surprise. Very happy with Edgar and the Sales Team.
They are very understanding of your finances and they work with you. They keep you in touch throughout the whole process. I bought a car from them and I love in another state. I went to this location after totaling my brand new car and I was in need of a used car. I went in and enjoyed the process from start to finish. After meeting with a salesman for a little bit, I was able to walk around and check out the lot without someone hovering over my shoulder. Once I decided on my choice, all of the paperwork from start to finish was run right in front of me without any disappearing to a back room or talking to the manager.
When I am in need of another used vehicle, this will definitely be my first stop!!
