I bought 2011 Honda Pilot EX in 2016 from East Coast Auto Source. It had bullet holes in the body and some shot out windows. I repaired the bullet holes, and had the other repairs completed. Car ran well and it needed some other work. Nine years later, we have 211,000 more miles on the Pilot. It was a good price and East Coast Auto Source was upfront and honest about the repairs and had the car shipped to my mechanic. I would bought another car in 2024 from them and I am happy with the deal.

It's rare to find a car dealership/salesperson that is straightforward, honest, easy going, efficient, personable, knowledgeable, helpful and a joy to work with. Jared was all of these things. My son and I were super impressed with the employees and the entire smooth transaction. They treated us as a valued customer for sure. Just got my Bronco home to Alaska? after a long month:(. Can?t say how happy I am with the vehicle and have no regrets having gone through BMW-Belview. Amy of Maverick, Dorela from finance dept at BMW, and though he was so often so busy to quickly return my contacts, Salesman Brandon at BMW were all very polite, professional, friendly, and helpful through the process. What I do have a problem with, and which I would request re-consideration about, is the process to finally have the Bronco shipped. Younger son and I had flown to Seattle to look at, test drive three Broncos . A ?22 Bronco at Renton Honda, the ?23 at Belview BMW, and a ?24 at Frontier Ford of Anacortes. We returned to Belvue to take a second test drive in the ?23. I had set up pre approved financing through Global CU here in anchorage. We informed the sales manager of my desire to purchase the ?23, and that I had financing via my bank at home. On returning home to Anchorage, I went to my bank with the contact number for BMW Belview . They called twice, leaving a message . No return call was made. Then I received an e-mail from BMW saying I had to apply for credit check with on line portal. I did that as well as complete the ID verification process. After more than three weeks, my bank informed me that they had received a contact from BMW saying my credit was not approved, with information to both the bank as well to my son to wire the money for the vehicle to them. The Bronco had continued to be advertised on CarMax and actually came down $1,100. Though meaning anyone could have purchased the vehicle. I contacted Brandon to see if I would get the vehicle for the new price.. was later told ?they could couldn?t do that ?. I did have ti go through whole process again as if new order, ?agreement to purchase? , ID verification?. Etc. my loan approval had expired after a month and I had the money wired down through cash from my savings account. Again, I am totally happy with the Bronco, enjoyed interacting with all individuals involved in my purchase, and I?ve no regrets having gone through BMW of Belview. Though given the delay, price decrease in advertising while waiting, need to repeat purchase agreement, and as my bank would have wired the money four weeks before had someone responded to their calls, and they would have wired the money two. days after I was in Seattle, I would ask that the the new advertised price be accepted and I be reimbursed the $1100 difference from what I paid. Thanks
