This was one of the best car buying experiences that I have had. Dominic was very ate to my questions and listened to my needs. We live 3 hours away and he had everything ready on our arrival so that our wait time was minimal.
2024 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 review
Recently purchased and as of now, love it. Multiple driving modes, diesel, tow haul, engine brake, navigation, lane assist, zr2 pkg. Love the fuel mileage of 26mpg for a full sized truck. Nothing bad to say yet about this truck. Very pleased.

What I am most satisfied with is its color. This matte silver color is matched with silver wheels, which is really unique. The matte texture is very good, and the personality is low-key but full of connotation. I just like not to follow the crowd.

Jim Shorkey Chevrolet Of MurrysvilleReviews
Jim Shorkey Chevrolet Of Murrysville review
I recently purchased a 2024 Chevrolet Trax from Jim Shorkey Chevrolet and had a phenomenal experience. Buying experience: My Sales Consultant Tammy B. was such a joy to work with. She was professional and treated me with respect. When I met her I could instantly tell that this dealership had a great culture. She showed me around the dealership, was responsive and great to work with throughout the sales process. Finance experience: Finance Manager Steve N. was outstanding. He explained all the options for financing as well as the available extended coverages with clarity and confidence. All of the options were described honestly and I developed a nice rapport with him. I could tell he takes pride in his work and he earned my trust. Overall experience: Sales Manager Ricky J. was outstanding. At the time of my purchase I was looking at/comparing another vehicle from a different dealership and I was upfront about this. What really solidified my decision to purchase from Jim Shorkey was Ricky's flexibility in giving me a more than fair value for my trade in. I can tell this dealership has a customer centric focus where positivity and team work are at the core of what they do. I have purchased numerous General Motors vehicles and this experience ranks at the top!

2024 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 review
For context, I don’t buy new vehicles often. My last truck was a 2002 Chevy Silverado 1500 LS. I drove it 22 years and put over 200,000 miles on it. It was a great truck, so I wanted to replace it with another one. In late November, I purchased a 2024 Silverado 1500 LTZ with all the bells and whistles and I couldn’t be happier with a vehicle. It looks fantastic, Summit White, crew cab with short bed and 20” wheels have it sitting at the perfect height. Inside there is plenty of headroom for 6 ft plus people. The seats are super comfortable and it drives and rides fabulously. The interior is amazing. My wife, who generally doesn’t care much for trucks raves about it every time she sits in it. She says she can’t believe how comfortable it is and wants to take trips in it. If there is anything I have to say that is a bit negative is how the 10 speed transmission works at slow speeds. At times, I experience a sort of surging with it. The truck apparently “learns” your driving habits, so that may have something to do with it. Otherwise, I really enjoy everything about it. Looking for another 20 years with it!:)

Leased my Acadia the process was great and as advertised service has been terrific... will definitely recommend them and use them in the future for my next lease...
2024 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 review
My 2024 Chevy Silverado LTZ provides a deluxe large SUV interior and a standard (short) tuck bed all in one vehicle. It is loaded with features to make it look and operate very well, and it provides mid 20's regular unleaded fuel mileage. The dynamic fuel management system combined with the 10 speed automatic transmission work together flawlessly to deliver smooth power without being able to realize what gear or how many cylinders the powertrain is using at any given time.

I have been servicing my vehicles with North Star for years for location and ended up leasing with them. I am impressed with the sales leadership and will continue to work with them for new cars in the future.

I went in and the first thing I noticed was how nice everyone was being, especially with coronavirus it’s nice to get treated like a human. Overall good experience although I didn’t find the right car for me.

Wright NissanReviews
Wright Nissan review
I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a car from Wright Nissan, and I can't say enough good things about my experience. From start to finish, they exceeded all my expectations. First and foremost, the customer service was outstanding. The staff was not only friendly and approachable but also incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to understand my needs and preferences, ensuring that I found the perfect vehicle for me. One thing that truly stood out was their transparency. There were no hidden fees or surprises during the entire process. They were upfront about all costs and provided clear explanations for everything, which made me feel confident and reassured throughout. Moreover, the quality of the vehicles on their lot was impeccable. Each car was meticulously maintained and thoroughly inspected, giving me peace of mind knowing that I was getting a reliable vehicle. The negotiation process was also seamless. They were willing to work with me to find a deal that fit within my budget without any pressure or hassle. It was refreshing to work with a dealership that truly prioritizes customer satisfaction above all else. Even after the sale, their commitment to customer satisfaction continued. They offered additional services and warranties to ensure that I was completely satisfied with my purchase. Overall, my experience at Wright Nissan was nothing short of exceptional. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a new car. Thank you to the entire team for making my car-buying experience smooth, enjoyable, and stress-free.

Crossroads Car and Truck review
My purchase went very smoothly and quickly. I went for a test driving just a few minutes after arriving. Satisfied, moved on to closing. While setting up new auto insurance, all paperwork was prepared. Donald was very experienced and explained things clearly and patiently until I understood. I am glad I found a good car at a good price here!

Jerry Haggerty ChevroletReviews
Jerry Haggerty Chevrolet review
Recently purchased a 2026 from Haggerty. Sales rep Bryan Lewis. Have purchased 6 cars from Haggerty in the past few years. Have always been happy with how I was treated and able to trust that they had my best interests in mind. Have also used the service department for 18 years. Many names have changed, but they still are extremely professional and try to insure you get what you need without pushing unnecessary service. Have dealt with other dealers over the years, but keep going back where I feel respected and valued. Would always recommend Haggerty and Bryan Lewis!
