I purchased a Chevy Silverado 2500HD from Bob Brown Chevrolet on New Years Eve 2025. We had only a very short window of time to get the deal done. My salesman was Nolan Mitchell. Nolan was very responsive, communicated well and was hungry to do business. He handled the sale perfectly! I knew that there would be extra challenges and risk because this was an out of state purchase. I am in Massachusetts and the truck was in Iowa. I bought the truck sight unseen. When the truck was eventually delivered, it was everything I had hoped for. Initially, the truck was missing a spare key and transmitter. Nolan made sure that, in time, I got the spare key and transmitter! Other dealerships maybe wouldn't have done that for me. I think this speaks volumes about their character and how they do business. Other challenges included getting the truck registered and titled in Massachusetts even though it was purchased in Iowa. Mass RMV does not make things easy! Bob Brown Chevrolet's title department worked with me every step of the way to get the truck legal in Massachusetts. Kelcey Firestine in the title department was simple awesome! Dan Beneventi, Great Salesman, he listened to me and helped me with my questions and made sure I got what I wanted. No pressure tactics. That alone had me sold on buying a vehicle from him. Dan also was great with communicating with me as I didn't leave with the vehicle that day. I had to go back the following Saturday to get it. I had many chances to buy a vehicle in the last two months from other dealerships but the salesman or general manager was rude and I don't put up with that. Austin, title clerk, was great also. oe couldn't have been better. Bought a Tahoe from him two years ago and came back to him because he never tried to oversell us. You'll find this hard to believe but we came back today and traded four cars for four cars with him today. We traded the Tahoe for a Traverse and I finally got into a Trail Boss. We also traded the teenage boys vehicles and we did it all without getting divorced! Joe Koebke did it all while getting up and done a hundred times after having his hip replaced a couple weeks ago. Buying cars can be a lot of things, easy usually isn't one of them but Joe and the team made it easy today. Joe has earned our business by not being pushy and being persistent. Thanks Joe!
2026 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 review
This vehicle is 3.0 Duramax engine. By all means it is a wonderful engine. The internet is reporting problems with it. Although I have not had a problem I am concerned. Super cruise is awesome. GM must resolve any issues because this is by all means the best vehicle on the market right now.

Walked into Karl Chevrolet in Ankeny,Iowa. I said that I would like to test drive a few cars. I had been looking for a while, testing different models. I met Jayden, he was very nice, easy to talk to and informative. Not at all pushy and seemed interested in what I was looking for. This is the first car that I have ever bought on my own, my husband was the car guy. I'm in my 70's and it was a big step for me, a bit overwhelming. Jayden made it very easy, test driving was stress free and he asked questions that helped me know more what I was looking for. I drove several and then we saw THE one. It was just that easy. So I talked to the next person. signed the papers and came back to the dealership on Monday and bought my car! Hayden was so good at what he does, he was there, a familiar face and I felt nothing but happy about the choice that I had made! Next, my past car was a 2018, so how does this one work? Carsyn helped me with that. He had a big job, I am not the best at technology. So there was a lot to learn, fortunately Some things were similar to my old car. Carsyn made getting comfortable with the new features on my new car manageable. Instead of feeling overwhelmed and frustrated we laughed and just chatted our way through the time we spent together. He had a big job, and so far I haven't had to call him with more questions! Both Jayden and Carsyn gave me their numbers and I do believe that they will help me if needed. I meant a lot to me to know that I have their support. I originally looked at Karl Chevrolet in Ankeny partially because my husband and I had bought our 2018 Treverse there and I have always had it serviced in their service department, I trust them. When shopping around for a new car I looked many places. Somehow after meeting Jayden that day that I walked in for a test drive I knew I was at the right place. Lots of words about a great experience, but the best part for me is that I actually did it and I have no regrets. I love my new car! I'm thankful for the help and kindness of two young men. My plan is to stick with Karl Chevrolet in Ankeny! It's a drive for me, well worth it.

After discussing my requirements for a new/used vehicle with Brad Harrison (sales man) we found a truck that had just come in that I liked. Brad started the process of buying that vehicle with me and did an amazing job with details. Throughout our contact during the entire process he was very quick to respond with the many questions I had. He helped me along through the process and let me know more about the vehicle as they had not yet taken it through their service department to get checked for problems it may have. Brad made the entire process very enjoyable for me and I really enjoyed getting to know him a bit more while we discussed the vehicle. I highly recommend this dealership and Brad Harrison especially.
