Yo, this was by far the best car buying experience anyone could ever have. Everything was so efficient, sales persons was kind and a heck of a character. He will make your car buying experience enjoyable. Believe me you wont be disappointed. Just be prepared for a burst full of positive energy and person that's on your side that will put his self on the line to serve you.
I can't believe how nice they were. It was way more than just buying a car. I learned so much about building credit with the gentleman there. I have no credit just yet and he got me financed with a very reasonable terms. My salesman was sooo kind and I was able to take my time and think about everything. That is what made write a review. My friends kept worrying me how dealerships pressures customers into buying but my experience was nothing like that and I am so HAPPPPY with it and with my car. Just lovinnnnnng it!
I never thought buying a car would be so easy and FUN. The staff were so great and fun. They all work together like a team which made everything so fast and easy. They are all nice there, they treat customers so well. I am 42 and I have bought over 6 vehicles before and A2Z auto group was most certainly the best experience.
I recently purchased a classic car for my wife from this dealer. The salesman I dealt with was Garth. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, friendly, straightforward and honest. Our transaction took place over the phone and Garth went out of his way to assist in the purchase and delivery of the vehicle. The vehicle arrived at our home the next day and it EXCEEDED all of our expectations. The gentleman who delivered the car (Jerry) was a sheer delight to talk to. I would highly recommend these folks and will deal will deal with them again in the future.

This is the best dealership I have ever been to. And that's saying a lot. I have owned many vehicles and I have never been treated as well in my life as safford treated me. Words can't describe the quality of people there. They let me know the status of my vehicle whenever I asked immediately, and we're very professional. I will be buying all my vehicles and having any service I need done there from now on.
Glen, Adam and Josh were great while addressing my repairs on the 2012 GMC Acadia they all should be commended for there outstanding service. Especially Josh for take very good care of us during the time our car was in for repairs. Thanks for the loaner car during the repairs.Everything was done as promised. Thank to all, Jim and Becky Fox

Was a Great buying experience. Sales Associate was well informed about he product he was selling. Especially since he was 19 yrs old and it was only this second week in the position. He did a very good job at not being pushy and sold his product. Also the over all dealer (Apple Valley Chev/Toyota) seem very well organized and was very friendly. I felt like I had control of the buying experience, I have been at other dealers in the past that make you feel like you have no control even though you are the consumer. I would buy another car from this Dealer and most likely will in the future.
What other dealer literally walks you through the facility and shows you where all the service takes place and how to make your "free" service appts( 2yr worth of free main, from Toyota). I was really impressed because they made you feel like they really wanted you to come back. they did not want to just sell you a vehicle and get you on your way..
The Financing was also a breezy...I wanted to use my credit union and they were all for that ..filled out all the paper work and they let me take the car that evening on a promissory note. Wow what other dealer lets you do that??? Brought them the check he next day and the deal was done.

I had a very good experience with my salesperson, Erik. He was attentive, not pushy, and seemed to have my best interests at heart. I do wish everyone there was as responsive as he was, and answered my questions when I asked them (the finance manager we were using and Erik were off on the same day, and we couldn’t get anyone to return our calls). We did buy a car here, so overall a good experience. On a side note, the service department needs some work, as they are grossly understaffed and made me feel like I should go somewhere else to get our other car serviced.

I have purchased multiple cars from Gasoline Alley and have dealt with Garth each time my wife recently totaled her car and she needed a car quick and this happened over the holidays we told Garth what we needed and he told us what he had and gave us some suggestions and we found the perfect car Garth is a great salesman and a good friend and he went above and beyond the Call of Duty as far as getting all the loose ends tied up so we could get this car he is an asset to the company and we will be back to see him again whenever we need another car
