Great experience, knowledgeable employees, easy with the finance department. Good selection of used cars and trucks. Salesman was great, knows what cars he has and what was available.
L5P Duramax has no comparisons

I’ve owned Ford and Dodge diesels in the past, nothing compares to the L5P. The truck is comfortable, quiet and has an impressive torque range. Have not had it long enough to gauge mileage, so far it compares to the LML when it was new.
When I was first looking at a car I was looking at a 2013 FRS, I contacted one of the salesman, his name was Jonathan. He was very helpful about looking at cars and knowing about them. As I got there, I test drove the FRS, I didnt really like it so I asked about another car, and another. He knew about a lot of the cars in his inventory, I ended up on a 2010 Subaru Impreza. As I went through the buying process he was able to help me get the car at a much lower and competitive rate. The dealership was even able to work and provide an active duty military discount. I would recommend this dealership without any concern.

Tom Hodges is a reputable dealership with excellent customer service. My significant other and I had originally gone in to purchase a used vehicle. As many people know, a car is a huge investment. We had done our homework, and had aimed to leave that day with a used vehicle, 60k in mileage and an average warranty. Instead, we left with a brand new Mitsubishi Outlander. We couldn’t be more pleased with the purchase - they had parts on order for what we wanted added, suggested dinner in-between as we waited for the financial paperwork to be processed, and even stayed far past closing to ensure we left that night in our new vehicle. Pat and Jeremiah were excellent to work with on financing, Dallas was a knowledgeable and friendly sales representative and Tom truly sealed the deal for the whole experience. Not many owners would be there well into the evening to ensure we had the best experience possible. There is no question as to why this dealership has grown into what it is today. Thankful and will be sure to send customers their way.

First.....and last diesel, as this one will last. 100k now, and drives like new. Tows my rv like a dream. Expensive, but you do get what you pay for. My Silverado 1500 gasser was good, but not for towing in the mountain passes. This beast is built to tow! Keeping everything stock for now.
As my first experience with any dealership working on my vehicle, this was a bad experience. They scheduled me to come in & after waiting over 2 hours (with a 2 year old!), came to me to say they realized the parts were missing & they could not fix my vehicle at this time. Something that I feel could have been mentioned in 5 minutes, not over 2 hours. Plus they were not very apologetic or for their mistake. They ridiculously offered me to take a vehicle of theirs for the day in hopes of possibly finding the parts & fixing my car later in the day, but they could not offer me a manual transmission vehicle. I have never driven an automatic before, and was not going to let my first time be with my 2 year old son in the car, so I took my vehicle home because there was also no reason in the world to leave my car there for who knows how long with it not even being worked on. We rescheduled & fixed my car later that afternoon, but this was just a ridiculous experience.
Like New K2500 Regular Cab Silverado

Great truck, and this one came with many options for a regular cab. Harsh ride, but to be expected with an empty HD. Great truck so far. Feels lighter than it is.
Best truck buying experience I've had yet. Reached a very fair and reasonable offer with no need to haggle, the next day I confirmed financing with my bank and called to commit, went back to the dealership the day after and in under an hour we were done, papers were signed, tags were transferred and we were doing the walk through. Less than 72 hours start to finish and I was driving away in a beautiful Denali HD. Extremely pleased.
Has good and bad points

The truck is a little under powered. There are some rattles that should not be there. The hook up for the safety chains and receiver for the hitch are a 1 or 2 out of 5. The ride is quite comfortable.
First off, the service personnel were very friendly and greeted me warmly. They offered to wash my vehicle after servicing was complete. They performed a very thorough inspection and explained what they found in enough detail so I would completely understand the problem. They offered to make repairs right away, but allowed me an alternative to have them done later. I'm very satisfied with the work they've done for me.
Very unreliable truck.

Bought this truck new. It only has 60,000 miles in 7 years. Everything works fine except for the DEF system for the diesel engine. It's been in shop 4 times for DEF sensors and each time cost me around $500 to $900 dollars to get it fixed. I will not drive too far from home because never know when the sensors will break. Never buy another chevrolet diesel.
