On August 18, 2018 I purchased a new Kia Niro from Andrew Thornberry. At the completion of the purchase he informed me that the parts department was closed so he would send my second key to me through the mail. Three months, several phone calls, four emails and one letter later, l still don't have my second key. This is not a simple process of having a key cut, because my car is push to start, the key has to be programmed, and the key itself is a $150 investment plus the programming cost.

We drove 142 miles with a deal in place prior to arrival. The process went smoothly. The vehicle will go through a detail and the vehicle will be delivered to. my location. That is great customer service!

I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

Ric worked with me on my trade in, and gave me a great deal on the car I purchased. I was dreading it because I've had a few bad experiences buying vehicles, and this place helped restore my faith. Greg was super, no pressure very laid back and he made me feel so comfortable an very outgoing. He was so helpful, that I ended up finding and buying my Acura MDX, he had it all detailed and paperwork ready when I came to pick it up..
