We have a 2011 Cayenne and have always been pleased with the service department, especially with Phil Kaiser???s friendly approach and informed advice. Most recently Phil worked directly with Porsche Corporate to find the best solution for what was an unexpected malfunction. The car now is as good as new and the whole experience was minimally disruptive.
It was an overall great experience all the sales people were extremely friendly and nice to me and helping me with any issues that I have I would recommend this dealership so all my friends and family for their future cars
This was by far the very best car buying experience I ever had. Everyone I interacted with were professional, sincere and respectful to me! No pushy salesmen here either on the floor or in the finance office!
They worked hard to keep my business, and succeeded. It was a fairly pleasant experience, except it always takes longer than expected - but I think that is just part of it. Enjoyed being able to look over the vehicle inside - as they pulled it in out of the cold. The sales guy, Duane, was pretty straight forward and friendly. The financial guy had music playing while he went over the paper work, which was distracting the to me. He also said ???it???s not my car??? in a somewhat sarcastic manner when we declined additional coverage. Didn???t seem real customer friendly with the paper signing guy, but Duane was good. Just got my new Trax yesterday, and I really like it!

We have been buying from John for years. He has made our experience with Grogan a pleasure and will not purchase anywhere else. The accounting department was ready for us when we came in and made things quick. We have never experienced any issues and don???t intend to based on the level of service Grogans employees provide. Doug was a great salesman. He did not try to over sell the car I was interested in. He answered all my questions . when I made an offer, he took it to the manager and we came to an agreement. The whole deal was very quick with no issues. The car is what I expected. I would recommend this salesperson to anyone I knew was looking for a good used car.
I checked out the web looking for cars in my area and found a couple that I was interested in. Donny took care of me and secured an offer for my trade-in that I was happy with, provided excellent customer service and we loved the car. Dealership was clean and immediately received service from Dan Schulte, Sales representative. Dan was very professional and not pushy. Was willing to negotiate/work on price. Would work with Dan again!
I was able to get an oil change from Matick Chevrolet but they couldn't rotate my tires due to the attendants not being able to get one of the lug nuts off one of the tires. For a tire rotation, I will never come back to Matick again. Everything else was OK.
