So i went in already knowing what i wanted. Had my appointment already made and he was there waiting for me no issues. It was kind of strange to me how he didn’t know where the vehicles were so we had to go look for it. We walked for a bit then got into another vehicle to search for the vehicle. I think the lot and vehicle locations should be better situated. The buying process was easy and smooth. When the car was purchased i was waiting for a final cleaning and check of the car. This took forever. When i finally got the car. The inside of the windows were still dirty you can see the finger prints and the rear emblem had some chemical in it that oxidized the emblem. It took them a long time to seem like nothing had been done properly. I did appreciate the person helloing me to keep checking on me and letting me know the status instead of leaving me. The clean process and check process of the car needs to be better managed. It shouldn’t take that long for a half xxx job.

Been driving Suburbans since 2010. Love the amount of cargo space, and towing capacity. You won't be disappointed if chauffeuring kids and gear about. Repairs are better than average in my experience and many non dealer shops are out there who work on Chevys.

After checking out over a dozen different makes, models and features on their lot, I zeroed in on a 2015 Subaru CrossTrek. My brother checked the mechanics and after test driving we both felt this vehicle was a perfect fit for me. CarMax is unique. There is no pressure in purchasing. When purchasing a used vehicle one of the greatest concerns that I had was vehicle maintenance. You never how the previous owner treated, drove and serviced the vehicle regardless of what the Carfax tell you... I went to take a look at a Honda Civic because it's a reputably reliable vehicle and didn't think I'd have any issues at all. It was also fairly priced against the market so I decided to drive over and move forward with my inquiry. I was met by a sales rep at the front named Aaron and he promptly assisted me: he pulled the vehicle to the front, let me take my time to look inside and out of it, and to toggle with the infotainment and climate control. Once everything checked out I took the car for a test drive, got presented with the numbers until they met me at a comfortable place, and moved on to the finance manager Mohamed! I was surprised to hear that they offered warranties for vehicles that weren't under the Mitsubishi name brand. Naturally I picked a package that made sense to me and left with a reliable vehicle and peace of mind knowing that if anything goes wrong with my vehicle it is completely covered under warranty.

2023 Chevrolet Suburban review
Have owned other big vehicles like 3/4 ton 2500 Dodge Ram Hemi. I got a Duramax diesel engine in this Suburban. Saves on gas, believe it or not. Very comfortable, very smooth ride, and very quiet even after installing 2” lift and bigger tires. Have the Premier package. Definitely worth every bit of my money. Very heavy duty compared to the new 2024 Ford Expedition Max that I drove for quite some time. Has been very reliable. GM has been quick to fix any recalls. Have only had one recall. Compared to my Ram, it can keep up with all the towing and hauling just as much as my Hemi did. Turn radius is amazing. No problems! The 3.5 average rating on here is not accurate. Go test drive one for yourself.
