After discussing my requirements for a new/used vehicle with Brad Harrison (sales man) we found a truck that had just come in that I liked. Brad started the process of buying that vehicle with me and did an amazing job with details. Throughout our contact during the entire process he was very quick to respond with the many questions I had. He helped me along through the process and let me know more about the vehicle as they had not yet taken it through their service department to get checked for problems it may have. Walked into Karl Chevrolet in Ankeny,Iowa. I said that I would like to test drive a few cars. I had been looking for a while, testing different models. I met Jayden, he was very nice, easy to talk to and informative. Not at all pushy and seemed interested in what I was looking for. This is the first car that I have ever bought on my own, my husband was the car guy. I'm in my 70's and it was a big step for me, a bit overwhelming. Jayden made it very easy, test driving was stress free and he asked questions that helped me know more what I was looking for. I drove several and then we saw THE one. It was just that easy. So I talked to the next person. signed the papers and came back to the dealership on Monday and bought my car! Hayden was so good at what he does, he was there, a familiar face and I felt nothing but happy about the choice that I had made! Next, my past car was a 2018, so how does this one work? Carsyn helped me with that. He had a big job, I am not the best at technology. So there was a lot to learn, fortunately Some things were similar to my old car. Carsyn made getting comfortable with the new features on my new car manageable. Instead of feeling overwhelmed and frustrated we laughed and just chatted our way through the time we spent together. He had a big job, and so far I haven't had to call him with more questions! Both Jayden and Carsyn gave me their numbers and I do believe that they will help me if needed. I meant a lot to me to know that I have their support. I originally looked at Karl Chevrolet in Ankeny partially because my husband and I had bought our 2018 Treverse there and I have always had it serviced in their service department, I trust them. When shopping around for a new car I looked many places. Somehow after meeting Jayden that day that I walked in for a test drive I knew I was at the right place. Lots of words about a great experience, but the best part for me is that I actually did it and I have no regrets. I love my new car! I'm thankful for the help and kindness of two young men. My plan is to stick with Karl Chevrolet in Ankeny! It's a drive for me, well worth it.

Enjoy the smooth ride, Tech features are amazing, Stock radio could use some more power, Performance for the 4 Cyl Turbo is great, no lag, Will spin the tires if needed easily, no problems up grades or mountain slopes, Design and style are top notch.

This was the easiest car purchase I've had. Aaron Weaver was very direct in answering any questions/concerns I had. I didn't feel pressured to buy before I was ready. There was no "let me check with my manager" back and forth. Michael in finance presented the added warranties and insurances and accepted my decline with no argurment. An additiona note about Aaron. He was a blast! As a former technitian he answered my questions about all the cars we drove. Gave me the rules of the test drive. (We both make it back alive,HA!) Choosing and buying a car is stressful no matter the price point. Aaron did his best to ease this as much as possible.

2026 Chevrolet Traverse review
Bought this to replace a vehicle I had owned for 15 years and I will say that catching up with the technology has been interesting. I wanted the off road capabilities and have not yet (at 2500 miles) had a lot of opportunity to see what it will do in mild off road situations but so far am impressed with performance so far. Ride is very good, typical GM stuff, seats maybe could be a little nicer, I am 75 years old and while this is a nice ride (longest trip from Michigan to Tennessee so far) it is comfortable but seems like it could a little more comfy, GM always wants to put you in that next up category. Surprised at the power of a four cylinder 2.5 L engine, that thing can turn the tires over if you are not careful. Overall I am very satisfied with this vehicle after four months of ownership and would recommend it, no problems, no surprises, oh, and really like the Google maps and large screen. Looking forward to my next road trip with this vehicle, its a nice ride. I might say too that I have owned a full size truck (Avalanche) before and prefer a predominantly front wheel drive vehicle so that was something that influenced this purchase decision.

You'll find this hard to believe but we came back today and traded four cars for four cars with him today. We traded the Tahoe for a Traverse and I finally got into a Trail Boss. We also traded the teenage boys vehicles and we did it all without getting divorced! Joe Koebke did it all while getting up and done a hundred times after having his hip replaced a couple weeks ago. Buying cars can be a lot of things, easy usually isn't one of them but Joe and the team made it easy today. Joe has earned our business by not being pushy and being persistent. Thanks Joe!
