Needed critical electrical work on my 2023 Corvette so I contacted Chad my service rep. As always, he got me into the shop in just a few days. Lee the C8 tech found a short in my truck switch. I thought that over a two hour wait to have a light bulb changed in the headlight was a bit long. I did have an appointment.

Everyone was great to deal with. Tomas and Michael were very helpful and friendly. The only problem I had is after we got home we started looking over the truck was the detailing. The top of the dash wasn't wiped down with the cleaning liquid, only the front of it, in the center compartments between the seats I found candy wrappers, my wife found an old baseball under the passenger seat, the windshield was wiped with the same cloth used to wipe the front of dash leaving the inside of the windshield covered with a film, and the engine bay was 3 out of 5 for cleaning and detailing. Yes, it is a used 2022 Ram 1500 with 38000 miles on it but I feel that more attention needs to be done to details. I have to say that we were treated very well with the help of Tomas. He made the buying easer and made sure that the truck had new tires and a full tank of fuel when I left.

Service was done fast and efficient. I was told 45-60 minutes and done in 30 minutes. Service man was polite and knowledgeable. I was able to get on with my day quickly!
