This was the easiest car purchase I've had. Aaron Weaver was very direct in answering any questions/concerns I had. I didn't feel pressured to buy before I was ready. There was no "let me check with my manager" back and forth. Michael in finance presented the added warranties and insurances and accepted my decline with no argurment. An additiona note about Aaron. He was a blast! As a former technitian he answered my questions about all the cars we drove. Gave me the rules of the test drive. (We both make it back alive,HA!) Choosing and buying a car is stressful no matter the price point. Aaron did his best to ease this as much as possible.

I felt they were honest 1st of all. Can't say that about very many dealerships. They gave the best trade-in value on my 2015 Tahoe (by far). I searched Missouri and Illinois for about 8 weeks and Sapaugh was the best experience Hands-Down. My ONLY fault with my whole experience was getting my paper work finished. It was a cash deal with a trade-in. NO financing needed. But it was a holiday weekend (01/02/2026) only one guy doing the paperwork processing instead of two. NOT a giant deal.

Walked into Karl Chevrolet in Ankeny,Iowa. I said that I would like to test drive a few cars. I had been looking for a while, testing different models. I met Jayden, he was very nice, easy to talk to and informative. Not at all pushy and seemed interested in what I was looking for. This is the first car that I have ever bought on my own, my husband was the car guy. I'm in my 70's and it was a big step for me, a bit overwhelming. Jayden made it very easy, test driving was stress free and he asked questions that helped me know more what I was looking for. I drove several and then we saw THE one. It was just that easy. So I talked to the next person. signed the papers and came back to the dealership on Monday and bought my car! Hayden was so good at what he does, he was there, a familiar face and I felt nothing but happy about the choice that I had made! Next, my past car was a 2018, so how does this one work? Carsyn helped me with that. He had a big job, I am not the best at technology. So there was a lot to learn, fortunately Some things were similar to my old car. Carsyn made getting comfortable with the new features on my new car manageable. Instead of feeling overwhelmed and frustrated we laughed and just chatted our way through the time we spent together. I originally looked at Karl Chevrolet in Ankeny partially because my husband and I had bought our 2018 Treverse there and I have always had it serviced in their service department, I trust them. When shopping around for a new car I looked many places. Somehow after meeting Jayden that day that I walked in for a test drive I knew I was at the right place. Lots of words about a great experience, but the best part for me is that I actually did it and I have no regrets. I love my new car! I'm thankful for the help and kindness of two young men. My plan is to stick with Karl Chevrolet in Ankeny! It's a drive for me, well worth it.
