Tylor was awesome - he let us explain what we were looking for, color, model, style, extras etc. He walked us through the whole process, did not rush us at anytime -- I would highly recommend him. He was fabulous did a great job of explaining all the features walked us through every step. You won't go wrong -- give them a call & a look!!!
2024 Chevrolet Trax review
The car is good, comfortable and good ongas. My only concern are the wiring to the audio and the screen. I have started the engine and the screen goes blank or gets stuck even when I turn the screen and music off. Also the base comes in wiener it wants and just fades out eventually. But when you want it to work it doesn’t. Also the automatic engine on/ off button. I leave the button off majority of the time but the engine still restarts when the button is turned off.

Bought a used 2500hd from Kent today. Nice guy. Very understanding of our 2.5 hour one way drive. Sent lots of extra pics and answered all my questions before I even left the house. It needed some work and they were willing to do it no questions asked.

Straight forward and honest, I asked about a vehicle and was told not to bother it was in rough shape and they made a bad call on taking it in on trade. I was impressed that they told upfront the vehicle was bad I appreciate that they steered me away from a bad deal instead of making a sale first. I really enjoyed my experience with them they didn't try to upsale anything just Straight forward and honest worked with my bank to close the deal on a timely manner no xx. Would highly recommend them to anyone

2024 Chevrolet Trax review
Had this LT for a year now and it has been very nice. Great gas mileage and seems to get just a touch better on the HWY than reported. Overall a great value and good overall car in the entry level. I would recommend the LT trim as it has the nicer interior but keeps the price point down. It packs a ton of features that you don’t expect from market segment. Also gives you a lot more room than you expect, very comfortable for 4 people with no problems.

I am absolutely thrilled with my new 2024 Chevrolet Trax. It is an amazing vehicle that has exceeded my expectations. I also want to highlight the exceptional service I received from Luis Avitia at AutoNation Chevrolet Amarillo; he was fantastic throughout the entire process, helping me secure a great price while making the purchase quick and seamless. I highly recommend both this vehicle and this dealership if you are looking for a new or used car.

2024 Chevrolet Trax review
Genuinely a fun car to drive. Packs a lot of tech for the money, and only compromises with its transmission (which can feel a bit sluggish sometimes). Bought mine new back in May, approaching 7,000 miles and still pleased with the driving experience. It's super minimalist yet has a lot of creature comforts standard that make the experience all the more enjoyable; mainly its heated seats, wireless Android auto/car play, and remote start capability (with my 1RS model I also have the heated steering wheel, a very nice addition to have in the winter). While it prioritizes a sporty look over sporty performance, it doesn't really leave you feeling like you're missing out, you can pull to overtake without feeling like you're giving the car its all. I've had a few hiccups on occasion with the infotainment center becoming unresponsive and causing static over music, but after a few minutes it corrects itself, overall the issue is a rare occasion. Lots of cargo space and a comfortable ride, this SUV was a great match for the often unpredictable roads of Michigan.

I had an excellent experience at this dealership from start to finish. The customer service was outstanding – everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful without being pushy. They respected my time, kept the process, efficient, made everything straightforward, and stress-free. What stood up most was their honesty in their pricing. There were no games or unnecessary pressure tactics. They took the time to answer all my questions, explain to everything clearly, and worked with me to obtain the vehicle I came in for. It’s rare to find a dealership that values both customer experiencing and efficiency, but this team definitely does. I truly appreciated. How smooth the entire process was and how much they cared about making sure I was comfortable with my decision. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a hassle free car buying experience.

Victory Chevrolet in Milan has the best service department. They are second to none. I had my telematic module replaced recently. I was told it would be 4-8 hours to complete. It was finished 2 hours after I arrived home with one of their drac loaner vehicles. I was thoroughly impressed by the prompt completion of my service. Thank you victory Chevrolet for always going above and beyond!!!!!
