Ms. Sandy was amazing and delivered exceptional customer service, which made our transaction of selling our vehicle at ease and comfort. Thank you so much again Sandy for your kindness and professionalism.
2025 Chevrolet Trax review
I'm 6', 200#; adjustable seat (Activ) makes comfortable, more leg room in back than my previous drive (2013Terrain). 6-7 mpg better than previous; beating expected overall mpg by 1-2 mpg. Will see how FWD compares to AWD Terrain this winter season. So far, more than extremely pleased.

I had to get a car in one day. A terrible pinch for the dealership. They rose to the occasion with kindness and honesty and had me out-the-door with a great deal before 2pm. Thanks especially to Delane Sheppard and Levi Durst. You guys made a difficult day easy!

Covert Buick GMC Austin review
The dealership was extremely friendly, helpful, and gave us great peace of mind throughout the entire process. Being at a dealership with kids is never easy, but Joe and Chad were incredibly patient and understanding when things had to slow down because our little ones needed our attention. They never made us feel rushed and went above and beyond to make the experience comfortable for our family. We will definitely be coming back for future purchases. We are truly grateful for such a wonderful experience and for the patience and professionalism of the entire team. Also, the goodie bags for the kids were an amazing touch and helped keep them entertained while we completed everything. Thank you for making this such a positive experience for our family!

2025 Chevrolet Trax review
Bought to replace a Cruze that was a real road warrior . 2025 Trax 3 cyl does 70 mph plus on trips with 3 adults in comfort . LS model had no rear hatch cover . Bought one off FB Marketplace for $10. Dealer wanted $235. Used the rubber floor mats from the old Cruze and snapped right into place on the Trax for the winter weather . Doing more frequent oil changes because of wet belt setup . Originally wanted a Buick Envista but felt the $21200 Trax was basically the same car for thousands less .

Elder Mitsubishi review
I purchased a Jetta from Elder Mitsubishi in Cedar Park, and I honestly couldn't be happier with my experience. Isaac was wonderful to work with from start to finish. He was patient, kind and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. He answered all of my questions, took the time to explain when I needed clarification, and never made me feel pressured into making a decision. I love my new Jetta, and I'm glad I had Isaac helping me through the process. I definitely recommend asking for Isaac at Elder Mitsubishi. Thanks again, Isaac! You made my car-buying experience a positive one! Misty A. Round Rock, Texas

Purchased a 2023 Toyota Tundra 3 months ago, had a great experience. They ended up beating the rate my credit union I had used for year. I waited to leave the review until I knew for sure I was happy with the transaction and one of the things I loved was management told me they would be there for me before and after the sale. At first I though yeah I have heard that before but here we are 3 months later and any question I have had was answered immediately. I highly recommend this dealership.

Covert Buick GMC Austin review
Adam De Leon in the service department is the reason for this review. My 2021 GMC Canyon Denali was towed in dead and I had already been without it for months with no answers. Adam had it diagnosed the day it arrived, found the failed battery immediately, and kept working until he had the actual cause — a blown fuse block and a loose ground behind the intake manifold. Truck was fully repaired and running right in twelve days. What set him apart was the communication. He texted me updates every couple of days without me ever having to chase him, including one message just to tell me he hadn't forgotten about me while his tech was still tracing the fault. He also caught other issues I didn't know about and made sure they were covered under my extended warranty instead of leaving me with the bill. I live over 200 miles away and I will still bring my truck here. If you need service done right and explained honestly, ask for Adam. Five stars without hesitation.

I took my car in for it's first oil change and tire rotation and the experience was great. Edwin was the person who I was assigned to and he was great! He even showed me some features about my K4 that I was not aware of. Very professional and said it would take less than 2 hours. He was spot on! The waiting room had coffee and ice with water. Very clean and about 4 TV 's you could watch.
2025 Chevrolet Trax review
I change cars every three years. Mt wife has a 2024 LS and every time i had to drive it i was amazed at what a great car this is. Anyway, i got into an accident and had to replace m car. Having researched just about everything out there when i bought her car i just bought a 2025 Trax Activ. I really love this car. It is really the perfect vehicle. It handles really well, it’s very comfortable, gas consumption is amazing. I only use top tier gas. I had to wait for the dealer to find one without a sun roof. The gps is flawless. I can find nothing about this car that I dislike. I wish it had a trunk release but not a major issue, you really should drive it as you will understand the feel of the operation. As far as the engine, i don’t understand the negative comments. It has ample power. It isn’t a hot rod but i have never had a problem with it feeling underpowered. I do mostly highway driving, set at 69-70 and never any hesitation, oh, the adaptable cruise control is a must have. It takes so much of the stress of highway driving away. I could go on bit i simply say TEST DRIVE ONE. You wil fully appreciate what surrounds you. It’s the only way to understand what GM did.

As always, I found everything to be outstanding!! This time I was there for my regular scheduled maintenance. From the time I entered the facility and until the work is completed, I feel that I came to the right place. Not only is the building, a State of Art, but the personnel are so caring to your situation. I would be remiss if I didn’t mention my Service Advisor, Jesse Bracamont. he is to definitely an asset to City Limits Subaru.
