Can’t say anything bad about this car. Comfortable, fun to drive and a great value. Only concern might be the longevity of the 3 cylinder engine. Bought an extended warranty to handle that potential issue.

2026 Chevrolet Trax review
This 2026 is my 3rd Trax and I love them! Perfect size, especially as a Senior. Gets me up high and overall car size very manageable. The price point is great and even adding all the safety and interior amenities. Maneuvers easily and great on gas in both intercity and long distance driving. Digital Screen size is great & easy to use.

I was welcomed with a smile and was spoken to like I had no knowledge or common sense when it came to automotive subjects. The condescending tones were the highlight of the experience. Not only did they have to perform the same diagnostic twice, it was necessary to bill for both. When ask about a coupon, the staff had zero knowledge and put forth no effort to follow up. I was instructed if I wanted to use it, I would have to email proof to the service manager because she had no knowledge of basic promotion. She refused any effort to follow up with job knowledge and insisted I complete the task for her. I begrudgingly did and paid my bill. Upon my exit I departed with a pleasantly rude good bye along with an extremely sarcastic good day. I will certainly return when I feel Ike being insulted and angry the rest of my day. When my vehicle requires service I will definitely recommend elsewhere. Although I certainly will recommend Kunes to anyone that enjoys being insulted.

I use then regularly due maintenance on my service van. Had a little trouble getting this last visit scheduled. New off-site scheduling is now in place where I am guessing I call into a phone pool. After 2 failed attempts to get service scheduled spot for service, I stopped in to see what was going on. Aimee, the service manager there, was very accommodating and even apologetic at my trouble.
