Appointment was for 10:50 am and I arrived at 10:35. My car was immediately taken back towards the garage but I didn?t know until an an hour later it was just moved to a different parking spot and hadn?t been touched because when I checked to see if it was done the service person said they had call offs and were behind. That wasn?t mentioned when I checked in. I drove over an hour to get there and I told them they could have called and told me to show up later and at the least let me know that when I arrived. Oil change and tire rotation took over two hours. I had other things that had to be accomplished that afternoon and this put me way behind. It it wasn?t so far away and the first oil change and complementary I would not gone there. Had a very good buying experience there when I purchased the car last year.

The few hours I was there went by quickly because of her stories and hospitality. The Used Car Manager Robert was quick to work with me and the Finance Manager Justin had the paperwork quickly in order. Would definitely consider doing business again with White Allen in the future.
2026 Chevrolet Trax review
