I needed to replace my older truck and after shopping around, I found Emerson here in Auburn. Being new to the area, I wanted to stay local if I could find the right deal. My wife and I went in and met with Brian Dennis. They stayed late to help us and after trying out several trucks and narrowing things down, we found the truck I wanted. The finance dept. worked and found us a good lender for our deal. I drove out with a truck I never thought I could get but they made it affordable and the price right. I got a truck much nicer than I anticipated and I couldn't be happier. The service dept. set up the truck nicely, and made sure I was satisfied. I was signed right in on arrival. My truck was brought out back to have the engine code read. The service writer brought the report out to me along with a spark plug showing it was worn and due for replacement. He also recommended replacing the coolant. He said the coolant was rated cold enough and was good enough for now if I wanted to wait on changing it. I had the plugs and oil service done and I was on my way. The amount of time there may have been a little long but not unreasonable.
My husband has purchased 3 Chevy trucks from salesman Ray MacLearn. I have always purchased a different brand vehicle, but, after reading all the "great reports" on the "2017 Chevy Equinox Premier", I decided to take the plunge, and I purchased it. I have had my new vehicle for only 1 week, and I have already put 400 miles on it. I am really enjoying the ride, and all the extras (that I thought I did not need) that are on this new vehicle. I also want to give "kuddo's" to Bryan Wickerham the "financial "guru" representative" who is such a "positive man" that wears a constant smile. He has a "can do" attitude. He is an "asset" to the Quirk Westbrook Maine division.

This is by far the best car buying experience!! When my husband and I arrived at Quirk Cevrolet, I accidentally locked the keys in our vehicle. One of the owners of the dealership personally helped us. A call was made to On-Star and we were back in our vehicle. We were treated with respect and dignity. Everyone was friendly and super helpful! No high pressure!!! The whole process was easy and fast. No long waits!!! Through 25 years, my husband and I have bought or leased 15 new vehicles and this was the best experince!!!
